My last one lasted for years, many years. Keeps the sun off your face and neck. Well worth it.

It is lightweight, which is perfect for summer. Even though it is lightweight, it covers all around the face. I especially appreciate the long bill to keep the sun out of my eyes. I keep it in the car for when the blinding direct sun makes it impossible to see the road.

This hat is cool and comfortable. I have traveled with it and it packs well and is flexible. It does a good job with it's big brim of keeping sun off your face. The flaps also do a great job of protecting your ears. My only gripe is that I'm 6'1" with a long neck and the neck flap didn't always give me complete coverage if my t-shirt had a large loose gappy neck. I got a pretty good burn on about an inch of my lower neck/upper back one day. If you have a short neck you'll probably love it, but if you're a big tall lanky guy like me you may need a collar for complete protection.

Love this hat although I do get some stupid looks when I wear it sometimes but it does exactly what I needed it for. Fishing out in the boat or mowing the lawn on a hot summer day. This will keep the sun off your face, ears and neck and is light and airy. It has a chin strap which would definitely be needed in breezy weather or on a fast boat ride however, if you know you'll be in very windy conditions a lot, this hat will not be for you, it's too light. It has an extra long brim that shades your whole face.I got the light gray and I think it's a little too "girly pastel" for me. Probably should have gone with the camo :-)I have a large head and I always have a hard time getting non adjustable, "one size fits all" hats to fit me but this hat fits nice plus, it's adjustable with the draw string in the back.Needed some shaping right out of the box because it got a little smooshed in shipping but I could see where you could roll this up (It's nylon) and stick it in a pocket or glove box and it would be OK (Albeit a bit wrinkled).For $13, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I really like this hat a lot and not just because it's pink, my favorite color. I recently underwent surgery to remove basal cell carcinoma from my face and my dermatologist recommended I find a hat that would keep the sun off my face to reduce my chances of being diagnosed with any future basal cell carcinoma and this hat is great for that. I got it to wear when I'm outside doing yard work and when I'm out walking. I find it keeps the sun off my face and neck and is very cool and comfortable to wear. I also like the adjustable chin strap that keeps the hat from blowing off my head.

The brim of the hat has warped more and more, and seems to be made out of very thin cardboard inside So it looks funky to wear, but overall it does a moderately good job of covering the side of the neck and back of the neck so it’s better than a hat with no neck cover

I bought this hat in 2018 for a trip to Myrtle Beach. I now wear it to my granddaughter's softball games. It is lightweight, breathable and washable. It keeps my face and neck shaded nicely. I like the adjustable chin strap to keep it on securely when it's windy. I recommend this hat and I would buy it again.

I spent the day at a water park with these. It was 95 degrees outside. The hats fit my boys and I perfectly as they are adjustable on the head and under the chin to hold them on. The light color and thin material had me forgetting we were even wearing hats. The brim is wide enough to protect all sides of the face and the flap protected my boys necks. I have a larger head and cannot wear most typical hats but this fit just fine and my 8 and 10 yr olds kept them on the entire day. I even threw them in the gentle wash cycle after to get the chlorine out and they fared fine. They are waterproof material. Great product for sun protection pared up with a sun blocking shirt. I hate sunscreen so this made my day!
