Does this have drip holes every 12 inches? The picture doesn’t show it.

This is supply tubing without any holes. You have to punch the holes where needed to install the 1/4 inch tubing/fitting which then goes to the drip heads.

My hose is leaking at the top end. (Not the point of the threaded connection, but out the black collar.) Any suggestions?

cut it off and install a new threaded connection. you can order the part from the drip web site you bought it from
