The best waterproofing footwear I've had has been the SIDI On ...
I'm a year round motorcyclist and commute daily in and out of D.C. I have about a 45 minute drive. The best waterproofing footwear I've had has been the SIDI On Road boots. They finally wore out. I bought the SIDI Veritgo track boots which, have extended armor on the heels and therefore can make good fitting waterproof overboots hard to find. The best were the Totes overboots which they quit making. Then I tried Frogg Toggs. The boot material is stout and kept me dry but didn't like the flimsy straps and clunky feel.Having said all that, I did a lot of research and elected to try these. Glad I did. They are the next best thing to the Totes. At least for me. They are SO easy to put on and take off. No zippers. Just a Velcro strip up the center with a WIDE gusseted opening. The straps are made of good heavy duty material. Had no problem with the buckles. As for sizing, I spent a lot of time with this. The SIDI boots I have are American size 10/Euro 44. I looked at the NEOS sizing chart, measured my boot, contemplated, then measured again. I got a size L for the NEOS. My boots "JUST" fit. There is no stretching or stress but they are snug which is what I need for good operation of the foot controls. There is just a little extra material across the instep but it does not get in the way of operation. Make sure you get your boot heel all the way into the NEOS. I expect these to last for a while. My one concern was the height of the boot. At 10" it seemed a little short but with my rain pant over top of them, I've been through heavy downpours with no problem. After all, I'm not wading through streams.I went ahead and gave them 5 stars for ease of ingress and egress, waterproofness, fit and price.Oh, you will squeak and echo walking down tiled halls until the soles dry out. I can live with that.

Finally! A boot that I can wear!
I live in New England and for the past 4+ years had been unable to find boots that I can wear in the snow. because of a disability I use an AFO (ankle-foot ortho) that fits inside my right shoe. I tried so many different types of boots over the past few years but could not find a pair that I could put on over the high, rigid AFO ankle support. I tried boots that could be worn without shoes, but though I could get them on I could not walk in them without the ankle support that I need. So when I saw these on Amazon I went tot he Neos website for more information and was pleasantly surprised (although dubious) that they claimed that these boots could be worn with orthopedic appliances as well as fit over regular shoes. I took an chance and ordered them, and I am *so* happy! The way that these are designed, when unbuckled the entire top of the boot opens up which gave me ample room to insert my foot while wearing the AFO inside my shoe. Sappy as it sounds, this is literally life changing for me. I can once again go outdoors when ithere is snow on the ground to do things like run the snowblower or even walk to the mailbox. As a bonus for me, these boots are extremely lightweight, surprisingly so, which makes them even more suited for someone with drop-foot as I have. They way that they are designed the right boot fits over my shoe with the AFO and the left boot fits over my shoe without the appliance. The fit is snug and secure without being too tight, and the unique design of the upper part of the boot allows the wide top opening to fold close and buckle snugly and for a great, secure fit. Exactly what I needed!By the way, I ordered the XL size (which according to the Neos website fits shoe sizes 11-13 I believe), and they are a perfect fit for my size 12 shoes. I can't say enough good things about these boots! Thank you Neos for making them... and thank your Amazon.com for selling them!

The Best, Easiest Overshoe I've Ever Used
I've struggled to find durable overshoes for my size 13 feet. I work at a bank and have to wear nice dress shoes. They're too expensive to wear in sloppy weather, and size 13's are way too big and heavy to fit in my work bag if I want to wear commuter sneakers. I recently tried the Lacrosse overshoes, and they're incredibly durable but too tough to put on ... I found the clips were awkward to use. Also, the reflective safety stripes are probably good for an industrial setting but look goofy on this commuter.Last month, I saw a guy wearing these NEOS overshoes on my train and asked him about them. He showed me how easy they are to put on, and they looked nearly new even though he'd been wearing them for 3 years. I decided to give them a try, and Amazon had the best deal. These NEOS overshoes are fantastic! No more straining to stretch them over my shoe heels - these are a simple slip-in overshoe, and they look pretty normal. I like the Velcro closure from toe to top, and the plastic clip on the instep strap makes these feel very secure and comfortable. The nylon material is also completely waterproof. I'm sold on these.A Word on Sizing: I ordered a size XXL to fit my size 13 dress shoes based on the sizing guide on the NEOS website. I used a ruler to measure the length of my biggest shoes, and they called for the XXL even though some other size guides said the XL would fit a size 13. Glad I got the XXL since they just barely fit. My smaller shoes - nearly 1/2" shorter sole - also fit well. The strap tightens things up just fine.Final Word on Value: These are not inexpensive overshoes. I would have liked to get the taller Voyager model that comes up a bit higher on my pants leg, but I didn't want to spend nearly $100 on overshoes. I'm just able to tuck my pant legs into these Villagers. That will have to do.

Good product - but the sizing guide is WAY off
The overshoes are nice and light, and waterproof (and fairly warm in cold weather) - and have a pretty good. stable sole to them. The product itself is very, very good. The sizing guidelines are terrible. I bought a Large - which is supposed to cover size 9.5 to 11 shoes. I wear a size 9.5 and the overshoe just barely fit over most of my shoes - and a couple pairs of 9.5 shoes don't fit in them.
