The Tommie Copper Knee Sleeve features 4D comfortable compression and provides relief from general aches. A low profile design fits comfortably under your clothing while a non-slip silicone band keeps your knee sleeve in place.

DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER !!!
At first this is not what I wanted. No way could this do any good!!! I threw it back in the box immediately, ready to ship back. But my knees were in so much pain I took them back out of sheer desperation. After wearing them, along with some good heat rub, I couldnt believe how well they worked!! Id recommend these to anyone!!

I love the Tommie Copper sleeves! They are comfy and give good light support to whatever part of the body you have them on. These knee sleeves are just perfect. They feel good and give the benefit of copper to the joints.I definitely recommend them!

IT WORKS!
Ok so I wanted to try this out for sometime now and when I got it all I can say is wow. I tore my ACL off the bone Got it fixed but after my knee would hurt and click even to the point of not working. There would be days where I didn't want to walk around, and I had gotten a lot of knee braces that worked for a little but I had to take them off cause they would cut into my leg after sometime. But with Tommie Copper Sleeve I could ware it all day and even fell a sleep with it on. With the other braces after I took them off my knee would still hurt and click. been using my sleeve now for about 2 months and my knee never felt better I can run again and my knee don't hurt or click anymore. for 4 years of pain using all types of braces getting nothing out of it to now having my life back THANK YOU so much

Worked for me...
After years of basketball and hiking, my knees have taken a beating. A few years back a freak accident on New Year's Eve (don't ask) tweaked my knee to the point I had to wear a neoprene sleeve for 2 weeks to get me right again. Ever since then, I get a sharp pain in my right knee when jogging/hiking and go up steep hills. My normal routine was to wrap the knee in athletic bandage, then slip on my neoprene sleeve and get after it. Its a process that takes about 10 minutes but when I want to get out there, this process just slows me down. Figured after seeing a TV infomercial about this product and reading the (admittedly) "all or nothing" reviews here, I figured for 30 bucks I'd give this a shot to see if it helped any.Well - it worked for me. Broke it in by wearing it without heavy activity (and to find out if I had a silicon allergy) for 2 days, then slipped it on and went for a walk. Uphill, downhill the knee felt pretty stable. Figured that was a good sign, and this week have done 8 miles to push where the knee was at. More hills and all in all, the knee feels fine. No sharp pain, no soreness, and while the sleeve itself doesn't look like much, I can actually feel a difference when I wear it versus not. I've not slept in it as some suggest, but have begun wearing it to work under my slacks when I know I'm gonna be on my feet all day. I have experienced almost no knee pain when doing my normal activities, and the best part is I just have to slip it on before putting on my shoes to walk out the door and I'm good.Placebo, copper infused technology, compression fit - I can't say. When I can say is that it worked for me, but your mileage may vary. Ordered a 2nd one to wear to work and use the other just for workouts. I'll probably still use my neoprene sleeve if I go hardcore hiking to be safe, but the Tommie Copper knee sleeve will be under it from now on.

No Compression
These knee sleeves stay in place for the most part because of the gripping material at the top and bottom bands. In between those bands the material is loose and slinky, moves a lot and does not really provide great compression compared to other knee sleeves. The only compression you actually get is at the point of the bands holding the sleeve in place. The material is light weight, comfortable to wear, and moisture wicking, however it doesn't really provide any support or recovery benefits. I went ahead and replaced them with Zensah compression knee sleeves.

Best Knee Brace on Market
I have had three knew surgeries over the past 25 years. As you may imagine there is scar tissue and arthritis. I have had several 'full metal jacket' type knee braces in the past which were cumbersome, uncomfortable, and not terribly effective. However, the Tommy Copper knee brace seems to prevent the daily swelling and subsequently the associated pain. For whatever reason, my knees swell mostly at night. It becomes difficult to sleep. So, I were my brace and it substantially alleviates the pain. I bought my first Tommy Copper about a year ago. I have since purchased one for my other knee and one for my son out-law.Even my pain management doctor suggested I ware a Tommy Copper, before he knew I was already wearing it.

It worked for ME!
Riding an atv,I partially tore the acl & meniscus ligaments in my left knee.I heard this product helped with swelling, so I gave it a try.Normally my knee/lower thigh area measures 17"but my injured knee has retained fluid which added 2" to its size. However, after having worn this everyday for a few hours every day ,7 days later I took a measurement & was shocked to see that my swelling had reduced a full inch.Mind u , I have been regularly icing the knee also yet the swelling always stayed the same prior to my using the Tommie Copper knee sleeve.I am pre-surgery & experience discomfort with walking, but this product eases that considerably.I will purchase them in other colors soon.

The compression at the knee was good but the elastic at top and bottom of the ...
If you measure at the top end or bottom end of the size it doesn't fit. My knee measured just inside of the large size but the sleeve was too lose and slipped down so I ordered the medium. The medium is too tight and cut off the circulation.Perhaps if I wore it longer it would stretch but for $45 it shouldn't. In the end I was out $10 shipping both the large and medium back. The compression at the knee was good but the elastic at top and bottom of the sleeve did not fit. I found the same with the ankle compression sleeve as well so it seems to be a flaw in the Tommy Copper brand. If you're dead inside of the sizes I would expect this product to be very good.
