Arrived good as new but Bluetooth doesn’t work
Purchased the refurbished monitor for my sister. Arrived in its packaging looked brand new. Thought it was a great deal. Sadly when my sister came to use it for her baby, her monitor kept losing connection with the camera once you left the room. Also when she would go back into the room to reconnect it would make a loud noise and wake the baby.So sadly she gave up on the product and bought a Vtech monitor and has had no issues
