Shame on FDA taking away the small pills this company used to sell!!! And they did that because they know they WORK!!! I have been taking this product for close to 15 years and the pills kept my hormones balanced and most people thought I was 15 to 20 years younger looking. Now after only being able to get the liquid it keeps me from "hot flashes", but I am starting to get wrinkles and look unfortunately my age - and what woman really wants to look "old". So far my "internal tissues" seem to be lubricated as well, but I wish I had my pills back!!!!

I have severe adrenal fatigue which has affected my hormones as well as peri menopause. It is a double whammy (your adrenals are your backup for hormone production so nothing was working). I cannot tell you how many reviews I have read and sites I have been to looking for help. I tried all the Estroven products none worked. I tried the new Estroven one with yam, it gave me a headache and I felt terrible. I tried Amberen which made me feel odd and did nothing. I tried Staying Cool, black cohosh, evening primrose, vitex, non-gmo soy, Maca, DIM, pregnenolone, DHEA and Adrenal support pills. Nothing worked. I came across a site with a discussion on herbal remedies and just happened to see a comment mentioning PhytoB-L4X and I wasn't sure. Quite frankly, I was tired of trying things. I read that some people put it on their hand and licked it off...again odd but worth a try. In less than 1 week I saw results. I was not hot and sweaty all the time. Also, trying all these other products my period had dwindled to almost nothing. 1.5 weeks into using this product my period was normal again. So there is no doubt in my mind this works. I know, you have probably tried a million things too. If you are up to it, I would give this one a try. It is a bit pricey but it works. Oh...and if you read the 1 star reviews they are primarily about the amt of liquid in the bottle. It is 3 hormones so they leave more than 1/2 of the bottle empty so you can shake it and it can expand. So don't panic when you get it and it looks like it is less than half way full. You are getting the weight you paid for. The bottle is bigger for the expansion of the product...it is all good. I do two drops on my hand (and yes I lick it off it is a chemical taste but you can handle it) in the morning and 1 at night. In my mind it keeps a steady amt in my system that way (also that should make it last more than 30 days). Good luck and I hope it works for you.

I bought this product on the recommendation of my chiropractor/natural health practitioner. I was on an emotional roller coaster with menopausal mood swings. I felt like I didn't know who I was anymore, I was so angry and moody and weepy. This product made a difference within 2 weeks. I feel like myself again. And my husband appreciates it, too! It's possible for him to be in the same room with me, without me "biting his head off" about every little thing. I teased my chiropractor that he saved my marriage -- but that might not really be too far from wrong! The taste isn't exactly pleasant, but it's not terrible, either. It's mostly natural oils, so I just put a few drops under my tongue, wait just a minute or so, and have something nice to drink to wash away the oily feeling and taste that lingers.

This is the only product that keeps away the night sweats. Im 60 and done menopause years ago but can’t get rid of the nightly sweats. My gynecologist recommended this. You do have to start off with the 10 drops daily and work your way down to what works for you. 7 is my magic number. Years ago this product was in pill form you put under your tongue, now it’s mixed with an oil you put in the back of your hand and lick off, still a bitter taste but worth it. 4 drops in the am and 3 drops in the evening before bed and I’ve been sweat free for months. Much cheaper on Amazon, this sells for $46.00 at the local epothicary store in my city.

ok so ya it taste gross but, brush your teeth first, gargle or not, wait a few minutes and drop those bad boy drops under your tongue. Wait some more with your mouth closed tight like your trying to blow a trumpet.After you feel your lips getting all slobbery lol chug water..... Works like a charm and very little taste. Trick is keeping it under not on top of the tongue. Hot flashes, ok well I took 2 day 2 night to start and just added another drop two days ago. i'm going to give it another week and see how 3 am and 3 pm works. I have to say, the hot flashes are not as violent as they used to be. My breasts are sore off and on but that isn't bothering me as much as no sleep, hot, wet, cold chills all night. I am going to give it time, I may be a woman who needs more drops. So far, since the boobs hurt I know it's starting to work. I also noticed, TMI WARNING.... The instructions say “topical”, yet so many reviews indicate people are ingesting it, or putting it under their tongues. I was suffering from micro abrasions due to being post menopausal for 10 years.
