Bitter Orange works for me to cure acid reflux/GERD which I first had diagnosed about 7 years ago. Didn't even notice it contains licorice, which I have bad reactions to. Wish it was repeated a few more times on the listing so it was more obvious to consumers. I didn't end up using it

The Bitter Orange helped improve my husband's acid reflux in a week or so. We keep some around just in case the reflux comes back, but he hasn't needed it for quite some time. It was recommended that Bitter Orange be taken for a maximum of ten days. That proved enough to relieve his constant pain, and some diet tweaks did the rest.
