Excellent! The consistency and the taste of the biscuits are very very good. Only problem is some of them are breaking into tiny pieces and powder. If packing can be taken care of, they are simply superb in all aspects.

Packing was good, Biscuits were very soft but altogether missed the original taste and smell of Osmania Biscuits which I had experience in Hyderabad near Charminar.

Taste is good.. very soft.. but most of the biscuits were crushed.. should improve packaging..

Very good product with decent price. i ordered karachi and other biscuits earlier but they were are broken and tasteless. loved Biteful Biscuits For their packaging and taste. Must try.. too yumm.

Found product in Totally powdered condition. Wastage of money. Karan has bakery packs wastage and send to customers👎👎👎

Why?Received very well packed, but once opened revealed as can be read below85% Crumbled, 5% fully intact pieces, 9% cookie dust, 1% fine powder stuck on the inner package liningNot sure if it happened at the manufacturer'end or while being shipped.Hope this issue can be resolved as there are a lot of consumers who reviewed this product being received damaged/crumbledWould definitely purchase in future for self consumption. But would not recommend for gifting and rightfully not great to plate it for guests.

Taste and quality was nice but almost all biscuits were crushed. It was the problem with courier but not seller.Later got the Refund for the same. It was nice relation with amazon customer care. Keep it up Amazon!
