Quality is good. A good buy!
I feel that flosser is superb. It's one of the cheaper one on Amazon, but it has very good build quality with nice sturdy plastic. It's slightly heavy - but pleasant to use - which gives confidence about its build quality and the capacity of the battery.I m fill the flosser three times, but twice its probably enough, and some might be happy with just once. But now I'm getting older, I'm taking real good care of my teeth. I use it after each meal.My one did develop a fault and it started switching on and off by itself, so I got a refund and bought a different one, but the new one was total rubbish even though it was dearer. It was light, flimsy, and lacked power, plus the nozzle moved about, so I sent it back. In fact, it was that that spurred me to do this review. In the mean time the Mydentine flosser had dried out and it was now okay again. I think some water might have got into the switch. Anyway, a new Mydentine flosser had gone up in price a little bit, so I kept my old one. I just make sure it's fully dry after each use, and it's been okay for two weeks now. I still have 8 months left on the warranty, so no worries. But don't let this put you off as I think it is a very good flosser. It may be just a one off problem and I was unlucky.I have got used the most powerful setting now, so this is the one I always use. It feels fairly rigorous, and the nozzle is easy to get to places and use.Is water flossing as good as regular flossing, well, research is mixed, but some of the research shows its significantly better? Many dentists advocate using both methods, but there is a concern that PTFE floss is cancerous. Also, non PTFE floss is expensive, so I just stick to just water flossing. Anyway, if your flossing is not very thorough (like mine used to be, just pulling the floss backwards and forwards) then a water flosser is definitely better, and it's quicker too.All the research has been done on a Waterpik, but the Mydentine feels slightly more vigorous on its top setting without pumping your mouth with water too quickly.I like it, although the soft setting was too soft for me, but everyone is different. The pulsing mode is okay too, but I like the more vigorous top setting.

Good value
I first started using an oral irrigator many years ago and there weren't many on the market. I bought an expensive one from a well known name with a 2 year guarantee. This lasted for 2 months over the guarantee, so I wasn't too pleased, but bought another as it worked out £35 a year which is still cheaper than visiting the hygienist. The second one again only lasted just over the 2 year guarantee, so I then started to buying cheaper ones with only a year guarantee. This is good value, it has a year guarantee, so hopefully will last at least that and anything over will be a bonus. It is nice to look at, works well and was received quickly. Would be happy to recommend it to others.

Do not charge item without unwinding flex
Works very well in cleaning between teeth.Worked excellently until recent charge: overheated and melted plastic on cable and around charging point. Real fire risk - luckily caught in time because of burning smell. Now unusable.

Strong water flow -water chamber a tad too small
I’ve had several different water flossers and this one is the best I’ve had so far. It has a good strong water jet and is easy to charge up using a USB. It remains charged for well over a week depending on how often you use it. I use mine twice each morning and twice in the evening (once for lower set of teeth and once for upper set) and it stays charged for about 10 days. My only slight criticism is the size of the water chamber which is a little too small for my liking and the location of the filler hole, which is difficult for me to fill in my particular hand basin when I have the nozzle on the end. Apart from those two very minor things I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially for the reasonable price. If I could rate it 4.5* or 9/10 I would!

Good quality, easy to use
I was very sceptical when I bought it but it is really beyond my expectations. It's doing a great job, easy to use, you don't need anymore any dental floss. It's easy to take with me when travelling as it's not heavy or big. This is definitely the case when I can say -well spent the money as it's doing a very good job for not so much money. Definitely will recommend!

Not very durable
Product does an okay job of cleaning the gum line as described. The issue, however, is that it is somewhat poorly made (materials are obviously very cheap) and not very durable. Without ever being dropped (I have only transported it in a suitcase once - and it was protected by clothes), mine has cracks along the plastic after just a few weeks of use. The seal at the bottom has also snapped off and I have to use blutac to cover it. This has rendered it pretty much useless. Look for a more durable alternative.

My (marvelous) Den Water Flosser
Item arrived neatly packed in it's box promptly the next day, I was initially surprised at how large it was as I have never used one before. The charging socket is at the base of the unit (jack plug to usb) behind the small rubber bung it didn't take long to charge as had power already in it. It is very easy to attach which ever flosser tube you pick to use in a twist lock movement on top of the unit. I was surprised at just how powerful the jet of water was after filling it with warm water as I have sensitive teeth and turned it on for the first time with the nozzle inside my mouth. It takes a bit of getting used to to find the right water pressure setting for yourself, I use it on pulse mode and it removes food particles etc from between your teeth wonderfully and the water in the tank lasts longer. In the attached pics you can see where you fill it with water also the control switches, top button on/off, smaller button mode select. Would I recommend the My Den Water Flosser, absolutely I would 9/10 the only thing I don't like is that the power button & mode button are too near to each other which means you could change mode whilst turning it on.
