Easiest and best...
Fiberglass tape results in hairline cracks with building movement, paper tape is too much work to mud both sides. This product is good and not available in as many places as it should be.

Works As Advertised
It works and is very sticky and well designed.I used in in situations where regular tape was a hassleand for a novice the hard part with taping is not having 5 hands to locate itand line it up because you do not have the proper tools.I had some real problem areas ( bad prior tape job) - several over 50 foot long re-taping job in a garageand this made a bad situation easy. Best to read the instructions first. Not cheap but saves much time and energy.

Buyer Beware
I rarely give bad reviews but this tape is terrible. I didnt purchase it on amazon but a hardware store. I followed the instructions to a T. I dry walled a closet. It did work decently in the corners but on the straight seams it was a different story. I thought it was sticking well until I put the first coat of joint compound on the seam. It seemed as soon as the tape was covered it lifted. I let the compound dry and sanded it down, thinking if I built the compound up the tape would disappear. I was sadly mistaken. It seemed to lift more and more with each layer. After all this work I said screw it and finished the closet as is. If it was a living area I would have been furious ripping it out and starting over with a different tape.

HORRIBLE
I'd give it 0 Stars but I can't.Basically, it WILL NOT STAY STUCK TO THE WALL. I can pretty much promise you that you'll end up ripping it off he wall and starting over. If it actually DOES stick, you WILL get hairline cracks in it.Do NOT buy this product. Do not, under any circumstances, use this stuff.

corners) are perfectly fine. I would love to give it a zero ...
Hairline cracks along the edges of every seem I used this on. These cracks did not appear until I was about to put my final skim coat on. This has set me back weeks. The areas where I used traditional (and inexpensive) paper tape (i.e., corners) are perfectly fine.I would love to give it a zero if at all possible. I would love to give it a negative 5 stars for the simple and painful fact that I hate drywalling and have to actually work at removing the e-z tape in order to start the process all over again.

Garbage, garbage, did I say garbage?
Did not purchase this through Amazon but thought I would give it a try. Bad move, terrible decision. I wish I would have read the reviews here first as I had all the same problems. Bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles. Just terrible stuff that I ended up ripping out and doing the whole project over!! Should have stuck with the thin fiberglass tape. Only buy this if you want frustration and a terrible looking project. Do not waste your time and money with this garbage.

Does NOT stick
Here's my experience using this tape. I screwed the drywall on, then thoroughly dusted all the joints. I applied this tape with the included applicator and it went on beautifully. Excellent results UNTIL I applied the first coat of mud. The moisture in the mud seems to get under the tape through the holes in the tape and caused the adhesive to come off. Bubbles everywhere. I tried to mud them down as I applied the second coat, and MORE BUBBLES appeared - new ones! I ended up tearing off all the tape, and the hardened mud on top of it, scraped the excess mud that had formed deposits through the holes - a very, very time consuming process I might add - and started over, but with a huge mess to try to correct. You make your own recommendation about using this stuff, but I will never use it or any other product by this company again.

WORST DRYWALL TAPE ON THE MARKET!!
I would give this product a negative 10 stars if it were possible...I'm a general contractor and a building inspector and this is the worst drywall joint tape that I have every used. I recently used it on a personal room addition and had everything sanded and ready to paint when the seams started giving. One after another after another, for weeks on end. Every major seam either cracked or puckered. I ended up having to pull off and replace very single major seam in the room (not fun on a 12 foot cathedral). Took weeks of repairs before it could be painted, which I just finished last week, and now I have three more places that I found this afternoon while hanging a ceiling fan that were previously okay for months and are now also splitting. I literally should have completed stripped the walls and started all over again. As for now, I am going to get my tile floor down before I rip out any more of the small sections to replace them as well. Why did I pick this product in the first place? I used a similar product available at Lowe's for two other projects and had no problems with it. Then, Lowe's discontinued selling it in my part of the country. I found this product and thought it would work just as well. Seriously bad decision.I think the main issue with this product is that there are not nearly enough holes in it to help the compound adhere to the board behind the tape. The product I used previously had at least two more holes per row and nearly twice as many rows per linear foot. When I pulled large sections of this product off the wall, there were few if any holes that left compound on the wall where the holes were. Therefore, when the adhesive lets loose, it comes completely away from the drywall behind it, cracking down the edge of the side that has pulled loose because there's no compound holding it in place through the holes.I hated bedding paper tape. I hated the big bulky fiberglass tapes. Now, I am a complete convert to the ultra thin fiberglass tapes because they not only stick without bedding, but the amount of compound that bonds through the tape to the board behind it makes it perform like a wire mesh in concrete. All of the seams I have replaced with the ultra-thin fiberglass tape have been perfect since repaired. I dread this summer because I suspect I will end up replacing all the little drywall seams in this room too and won't be able to just enjoy having the extra space because I've come to hate being in the room repairing all the drywall...
