I bought this to get out of the apartment and go around the complex to get out of the house and go get my mail and I can tell you this thing is powerful the battery is long life I’ve had it three weeks now and haven’t charged it since When going through a doorway or off the sidewalk on the street you have to turn the speed down otherwise it may throw you because it’s so powerful it did come with the headlight not working no big deal because I won’t be using it at night but the tail lights light up real nice The seat swivels 360° the armrest go up and down they are adjustable you can leave the battery in to charge it it says zero turn it will not turn 360° but it will turn very sharp adjustable steering wheel has a battery gauge

This scooter is perfect! My mom has MS, lives in a two bedroom apartment & cannot walk. She was using a wheelchair to get around which was difficult as she doesn’t have a lot of strength. This scooter is compact & easy to disassemble to put in a vehicle. This scooter has given my mom more independence.

The directions were difficult to follow in setting it up. Does not seem made very good as the seat started cracking after a weeks use. It’s very difficult to get someone on the phone to address issues.
