I feel like this was a game changer for me with the great taste and extra calories. It does have very small seeds in it but that has never bothered me.

Spring energy supplements are my go to for my runs. I carry them with me for my races and they have never let me down. They are gentle on my stomach and provide quality energy when you hit those troughs. Speednut is the heaviest of the spring supplements that I use and that is why it is a bit harder to swallow. However, taken an hour or so before your long run should be plenty of time to digest. Do yourself a favor and splurge on them its worth every penny!

About half way through a long distance race I have a problem with solid food. Other gels upset my stomach. Speednut gives me the calories and energy I need to keep my pace without the side effects other gels give me. I love this product.

I love Spring gels (real food not processed chemicals) to fuel my ultrarunning. One Speednut provides 250 calories, it goes down easy (unlike a sticky pack of nut butter which can be a mess to eat and not choke on while moving down a trail in the dark), it tastes great, and it also has some caffeine, so this is a great choice for nighttime when the miles stretch all night long.

Natural easy to digest energy. Good taste that we’re all used to, fruit and peanut butter.Much safer on an endurance run than cliff garbage, sis, gu, and easier on the gut than huma.

I only received 18 (not 20) gels, and the individuals gels spilled out of the packet.

Much less salty than I expected.
