Are there supposed to be 2 covers labeled chaise cushion and none labeled main sofa cushion in the package?

Ours was confusing, the one I thought was the main ending up being the chaise. I would try the larger on the main cushion and see if it works. If it doesn’t then contact the company as you may need a different piece.

Is the loose fit an easy no tool required slipcover?

Now, to put the cover on you have to disassemble the sofa, which takes a while, but it's worth it.
