Polo Ralph Lauren Men's Wittier Boot

I don't know how to rate it. The shoe was perfect, very nice looking. Exactly what I wanted for my wheelchair bound son. He needs high tops to support his ankles, not water proof. I was excited to get them for him, but they are significantly too small. They were an inch or more shorter than his same size old shoes, and tight across the instep. If they would have fit, I would have rated 5 stars. I though about going a size larger, or wide, but wide width is not offered.
