If you are thinking of buying these expecting to see instagram-ready, pristine puffy loofahs; youre on the wrong page. These are the legit, genuine loofah AND SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE SYNTHETIC ONES!!!What arrives is a vacuum packed set of 6 NATURAL, dried loofahs; as such, they turn up flat, some misshapen, in varying shades of cream to brown, often still containing their seeds. Basically they look gross.So no, theyre not pretty - but nor should they be! The immaculate white loofahs are either synthetic, or have undergone treatment which adds nothing and probably damages the environment (and increases their cost!). If you want a gentle but effective skin sluffer - these are they.To prep, all you need to do is fill a jug or tall container with hot (not boiling) water, and drop a loofah in. It'll start expanding immediately, but I would suggest leaving it to sit for a good 30 mins or more. The loofah will feel a bit slimy/ gross after soaking, but blast it under a tap and it should take the majority of this off.A load of seeds will fall out in this step too, but to get rid of stragglers, rinse the loofah in clean hot water for a few mins, then take it outside and with a firm grip on one end, "flick" it sharply - I like to imagine I'm holding a stick that has a cat turd skewered on the end ready to launch, and picturing Katie Hopkins face in front of me, if that helps the visual for the technique you're going for. After a few flicks, turn it round to hold the other end and repeat.This should get rid of most if not all remaining seeds - though PROBABLY some will still come out in your shower/ bath! Theyre just seeds - its no biggy.For the uninitiated, loofah in their natural state are like massive, fibrous cucumbers - the fruit is skinned and dehydrated, and this is what youre left with: Hence, they aint pretty or uniform and also hence the seeds!) - but the slimy feel on the first soaking is just organic plant juices, so dont worry about it.Anyway, anyway - on the bod, these provide second-to-none exfoliation of dead cells, and leave your skin feeling smooth and polished - without feeling scratched, stripped or dry. Theyre not strong enough to remove say, thick callous or hard heel skin - but Ive never had a better body buff than when using a natural loofah.After showering/ bathing, just stand it up on the widest cut end, and it will drain naturally - Fair warning though, if you leave it in a damp/ non ventilated spot, it being natural it will absolutely grow mould and start to stink. Similarly, after extensive use it will start to break up - which is why this pack of 6 is such a great deal; the unused, still dried ones will happily last a looooong time unscathed in your cabinet - though I have to say the one Ive been using is still going strong after several many showers, so I think youre easily looking at a min years supply here.Highly recommended!

Natural loofah varies in texture and colour and these loofahs are a little patchy, that is to say that they have dark patches which can be a little off putting. However I do know that this doesn’t mean that they are in any way inferior. The texture is lovely and fine and perfect for my delicate skin. I cut them into sections to use in the shower and love the invigorating feeling, so much better than a synthetic shower puff or sponge. And.. big bonus ... no nasty plastic pollution. A Win Win situation. Super speedy delivery. Just the one star deducted because the colour is more grey than depicted, this is not a reflection on the quality, just a nip to the ankles of the marketing team.

Great quality! I was so happy to find these natural loofahs. They’re great for the skin as a natural scrubber to take away dead skin and to help prevent ingrown hairs.

Unfit for purpose. Bought knowing there would be seeds to remove and that they would not be the same as the seller's photograph BUT these seeds are mostly in crushed bits and tiny flakes so are completely unremovable from the mesh. I suspect the composting/rotting process had started before the loofahs were dried for sale. They are only good for the compost heap. I am returning them. Photo is section of one loofah cut open to try to remove seeds.

Didn’t take too long to arrive. Come packed very flat. Filled out nicely in warm water. However, this is my second order of these, and they are nowhere near the quality of my first order. Absolutely FULL of seeds! Yes, a natural product, but you don’t want to have to spend ages shaking the seeds out, or digging them out. Picture taken shows some of the seeds that came out of just 3 loofas. Only good for house cleaning once de- seeded .

These are quality loofahs, exactly what I was looking for. Yes, they come in compressed in a vacuum sealed bag, but that's not a bad way to package a light but bulky item. They recover their shape pretty quickly after they are out of the pack and in use. The texture and firmness of the fibre are just right for an invigorating skin rub in the shower.

Fabulous for getting dry skin off and feels amazing. This pack provided me with five!

Wenn man Naturprodukte mag, sind diese Schwämme sehr empfehlenswert. Sie werden vakuumverpackt geliefert und wenn man sie nass macht nehmen sie einfach wieder ihre ursprüngliche Form an. Besonders gut finde ich, dass das Material nicht gefärbt ist und die Tatsache dass sich noch ein paar Samen im Schwamm befinden zeigt, dass es sich wirklich um ein Naturprodukt handelt und keine Nachahmung.

Real one, not like in stores. Much softer and more pleasant, still scrubs better and nice foaming. Rinses fast and well. Nothing beats the real thing. Some seeds might still be inside, so shake them out and rinse prior to use, and soak a few minutes in very hot water.

Buon prodotto.Arriva sottovuoto. I pezzi hanno forme e dimensioni diverse e una volta "aperte" dentro ci sono dei piccoli residui di semi, quindi un buon prodotto naturale.Messa in acqua raggiunge la dimensione effettiva.Consiglio l'acquisto.

Super loofah, assez souple pour pouvoir les couper à notre convenance.Par contre un peu chère pour ce que c’est!

Va bien para fregar platos, no era la razón de la compra pero con eso me quedo. La calidad es más bien baja la lufa tiene muy poco fibra y para usar la como esponja de ducha no sitve, además huele mal, todavía tiene muchas semillas y manchas que no logro identificar, algunas parecen de moho y algunas por restos de la misma calabaza. Para la poca calidad el precio me parece exagerado.Pues al final la puse a lavar en la lavadora con un poco de lejía y secadora....han quedado perfectas se fueron todas las manchas y semillas genial.
