Best little cheese knife...
Luv this cheese knife....good for soft cheese and has a nice blade for cutting soppressata, etc.

I used a knife sharpener to hone this to make it work better. It’s small so a sharper knife lets you use less pressure. I use it on my boat where free space is at a premium

sharp on both sides of blade, dangerous
I fear someone grabbing out of my drawer and getting cut on this! I use it gingerly. I got it for slicing cheese, and not so great at that. Only a wire seems to work.

Mini knife for soft cheese
It is a mini knife. I would only use it for soft cheese. Because of the small size, you only have a couple fingers on the handle. So cutting into hard cheese is dangerous.
