This time the jaggery was bad. Its texture was different than previous times and it got fungus in a few days after receiving it. Had to throw it all. Money got wasted.

Wow, first thanks to the seller and Amazon.in for bringing my childhood memories back.I am a great fan of palm jaggery from childhood. From the past 2 decades, I was not getting pure palm jaggery anywhere.Adulterate palm jaggery was available due to minimum production.As I know it's very difficult to produce, the cost was high and it is a purely organic and chemical-free product.I tasted this product and I can assure that it's an original, purely organic and chemical-free product.Now I can happily replace my sugar with this.I love the taste it's a different sweet taste you can't get in any other product.I have a suggestion for seller, please make a small parts available for people. Let them taste the ancient sugar with lots of health benefits.

No complains about taste. But it has lots of unwanted things, like leaves, charcoal, threads, small stones, other small small white particles I could not identify. you need to dissolve the jaggery in water and filter with a fine sieve. I need to look for some other brand for my next order.

One of the best and original palm jaggery i ever purchased. It has the authentic and traditional taste without much additives. No impurities found. Very soft. The item arrived broken, but it's ok considering the quality. I recommend this product to people who really know the original taste of palm jaggery.

It seems 95% ordinary sugar cane jaggery and 5% palm jaggery added on it.. First time I am experiencing this.. If seller repeats this sort of jimmicks I have to stop purchasing from this seller and would search another good and genuine seller. Because, the jaggery is very hard and taste is like sugar cane jaggery.

The jaggery was of great quality because a good palm jaggery should be softer or easier to break. This one was. The one I bought from a supermarket was too hard to break because of sugar mixed in it. In this one, not just the softness was good but also the purity. I used it for my tea and didn't have much particles found in the filter.I would certainly buy this again.Tip: For making palm jaggery tea just ensure that the jaggery is cold. Mix prepared tea to cold jaggery. If jaggery is even little warm (due to syruping) your coffee or tea would curdle up.
