Company not responding to emails and phone number no longer works
Everything was fine until the remote quit working--I don't know how to get a replacement and get the bed working again without a remote5/23/20: still no response froI bought this bed because it listed as ships from and sold by Amazon.com. I have always had a very good response from Amazon.com--that is why I thought it would be safe to buy this bed--Amazon.com stands behind their productsNow I understand the only way to get any assistance with this is to wait from a response from someone from Hofish. Based on other reviews by people in the same boat, I am not hopeful anyone from Hofish will get back to me.I tried resetting the bed by pushing the red button on the base and holding down a button on the remote. The remote has a green light flicker briefly though the keys but it appears their is a short or malfunction because it will not work. I need to buy a new remote. This bed should have lasted longer than 9 months--the only person sleeping in the bed is my 91 year old mother who weighs 110 lbs and needs this bed to elevate her head and legs. She cannot affort to buy a new adjustable bed frame.Does anyone from Amazon.com read the reviews on this product?? I think it is unconscionable that Hofish is still selling their adjustable beds on Amazon.com and Amazon.com allows this seller to do so just based on the many negative reviews.After years of shopping on Amazon.com, this is the first time I have had such a serious issue go unanswered. This is a $300 bed--not a $5 tube of lipstick. I am disappointed with this purchase and will have to re-think any major purchase like this again on Amazon.com.m Hofish about getting the remote replaced or fixed.

Customer Service is nonexistent
If I could give this HOFISH product zero (or negative) stars, I would do so. I knew I would be getting what I paid for, and expected a product that was not top of the line. I did, however, expect a product that fulfilled the basic premise of "adjustable."In almost every respect, this bed was just as advertised: adjustable legs, nightlights behind the USB charging ports, etc. It does not, however, actually move, as one might expect from an "adjustable" bed.When I had a problem with this product I realized there was no customer service to be had, only an email address for an unnamed owner of an old Facebook page that states they will "try to help." Needless to say, my repeat emails evoked no response, and I am now saddled with a bed that does not work.The bed arrived in a box that was shredded, so not usable for a return, but I was so excited to have it that I didn't mind... then.I laid out the pieces (all there), and assembled them correctly. The LED on the power supply lit up, as did the USB charging ports. I purchased new batteries for the remote, and that lit up just fine, as well. Unfortunately, the bed did not respond to any input from the remote. After performing the (limited) troubleshooting suggested by the instructions, I attempted to find out how I could get more help for this defective product.There is no customer service at all.DO NOT BUY THIS BED.

Failed after 2 years and NO Amazon Support
We purchased two Twin Xl’s for our king bed and one of them stopped working with just over 2 years of light use. We contacted Amazon for replacement or reimbursement and they said Tough Luck, no warranty past 2 years. We have friends who purchased the exact same unit and theirs failed at 2 years 3 months use and they were provided a full refund of the purchase price. Sounds like Amazon is either inconsistent or has changed their policy due to the high failure rates on this HOFISH piece of junk.I suggest purchasing a different brand from a reputable store, other than HOFISH and AMAZON!!

NO Customer Service
We are unable to get in contact with Hofish to get the foot retainer which was not in the 2nd box we received. The number on the user's manual is a non-working number. Did not receive a reply to my email, also.

replacement motor
I need to know where I can find and buy a replacement motor for the foot of the bed. It has a good bed but the circular end support on the motor broke when the bed was up slightly and I sat down on it.Can I get help on buying replacement parts?

Not Sturdy
Had for only two months and one of the legs broke completely off

Weld broke second night my 11 year old slept in it.
When the weld on one of the arms snapped the second night my son was using the bed, I tried the phone number on the back of the remote. It says Call or email 5pm to 11pm PST. I tried multiple times and it appears to be a bad number. I have also emailed the [email protected] an explanation and request for the next step. I have received no response. I am less than happy, and would like to be contacted back as it is brand new and should not break that easy. The card says "Warranty No-Hassle Returns/Exchanges" but they never respond so I would AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS duel to lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE and lack of reliable product construction.

I purchased on December 25, 2018, and it already quit working! I need parts for it! I saw the reviews and it looks like everyone have been jilted! Amazon, take this junket off the market!
