Cheap
This is cheaply made. It is thinner than what came with my portable AC and is so bad it cracked during shipping. Since you're getting it from overseas, you're throwing your money away trying to get that problem solved. It also does not work. They did not send what's in the picture. The piece that connects to the hose cannot fit into the sliding window segment because they're not designed to work together. Fail! Unlike the other reviews, I am a real customer in the USA that waited over a month for this junk to show up. It was also damaged when I unwrapped it.
