ARCANITE128GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive, USB Memory Stick, optimal read speeds up to 400 MB/s

It's fast, solid and reliable.

I brought my first of these to use with a HiFi component to store ripped music so that it could be played through the system. I have now got three of them and the other 2 are used for various transfer duties. The first one needed a bit of messing about to get it formatted in the correct way, (due to the requirements of the component), but once that was done it works perfectly. It provides plenty of storage for .WAV files and allows high quality music reproduction.Mine does not get overly hot in use and so far has worked faultlessly for 6 months. Transfer rates are limited by my old computer rather than the USB stick. They are therefore plenty fast enough for my needs.These are quite often on a deal price and so are even better value.

I needed a high capacity usb for the ability to share some large files between myself and a colleague - I have poor internet connection so this was the best option - it came with the bonus of being usb 3.2 gen 2 (silly naming convention) allowing for fast transfer speeds and also allowing me to run the files off the usb as though I was already using them on an internal nvme drive - may consider buying another larger capacity one in the future but this one does the trick

I bought a 65UP81006LR LG TV and wanted to plug a flash drive into the USB port to record programs, so I bought this ARCANITE 128GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive, however, it didn't work.It works perfectly well for everything else, just not for the main reason I bought it.So I copied all the data from my older MyMemory 128GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive - Red Memory Stick over to the Arcanite drive, and used the MyMemory drive with the TV, and that worked perfectly.

I bought this on 25th March for £39.44. on 29th March the price has jumped up to £47.44. Aside from the completely arbitrary pricing, this is an excellent USB stick. Free space is only 230GB out of the 256GB advertised, and the write speed can be variable, however the size for the price is fantastic. Plus, I accidentally managed to put it in a 40-degree wash for 2 hours and 40 minutes, complete with detergent and fabric softener. I only realised after finding it stuck in the rubber trim next to the drainage holes at the end of the wash! I took the lid off, tipped out all the water and left it on a radiator overnight. 12 hours later, good as new. Works flawlessly and scans with no errors! Very pleased indeed.

Neat and tidy, this USB stick is by far and away the fastest in both Read and Write speeds I've seen using my USB 3.0 ports on my MacBook Pro.A real 370 MBs read and 170 MBs write are excellent, and stunning value for money as far as I'm concerned.I bought the 128Gb stick and was so happy I've followed up and bought the 256Gb one too.Well recommended.

A very reliable and hardwearing product.

Massively impressed with this. After getting fooled into buying one of those shiny 1TB usb sticks I was umming and arring whether to go down this road again. Fortunately these guys have well and truly delivered! Its fast averaged at 100mbs write and has loads of capacity, I ordered the 256gb. The only time it dropped in speed to 20mbs write was when I transferred some files from a usb 2. Seriously if you've wondering around trying to find a genuine usb this is one.

Con un tamaño y forma normales, lo más importante es si conecta y funciona rápido y sin errores, y la verdad es que comparado con usb normalitos, sí lo es y mucho. Ya está, no pido más. Y si a esto le sumas el precio, es una compra recomendada al 100%

Clef rapide, dommage que les clefs ne disposent plus de led pour vérifier leur fonctionnement surtout en clef bootable...

Débit en lecture et écriture de 41 Mo/s !J'ai une autre clé USB d'une marque concurrente qui atteint des débits de 600 Mo/s avec les mêmes spécifications.Ils vantent les mérites d'une construction 'MADE IN TAIWAN', avec soi-disant des composants de qualité supérieure. C'est une pure arnaque !Quant à l'aspect esthétique, nous avons affaire à du plastique brillant qui fait 'cheap'. Elle présente la même allure et les mêmes débits qu'une clé Kingston premier prix à 5 euros !

Ein etwas teurerer USB-Stick. Aber extrem schnell, was andere Hersteller oft nur versprechen. Ich bin begeistert. Bis zur echten 400 MB pro Sekunde beim Streamen bzw. Kopieren großen Dateien. Einziges kleines Manko ist das altbackene Design. Und den Verschluss kann man eben mal verlieren. Trotzdem habe ich keine besseren Stick.Ja, es gibt bei der gleichen Größe günstigere Sticks, aber die sind dann eben nur ein Viertel so schnell, auch wenn sie USB 3.2 versprechen. Also Preis-Leistung Top. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.Ist diese Rezension ein Fake? Kenne ich den Lieferanten? Nein. Es gibt so viel schlechte Qualität im Internet und ich kritisiere gern wahrheitsgemäß. Aber ich fühle mich eben auch verpflichtet positives Feedback zu geben, wenn jemand wirklich gute Produkte verkauft und das ist hier der Fall.

I purchased the 128GB version.Pros: It performs fast with both read & writes. I measured an average of 350 MB/s read over various size files. The write speed performs best with larger file sizes about 350-370 MB/s, with many files 1-5MB sizes the write speed was high for the first couple hundred MB then slowed to as low as 55MB/s. I never saw a speed less than 55MB/s to/from this drive. Well worth it. I will buy again if I need another one.Cons: Separate cap easy to misplace, but it does clip on with a positive click though. So not really bad.Many of the bulk USB keys say fast speed but only imply the read speed; that almost always means the write speed sucks.
