I own and have owned several Belshaw donut machines. They are all electric and not portable.This is actually a good midsized unit and let’s you control speed/ fry time and temperature in Celsius so 375-400 is around 210c.Great results. I put an RV plug on mine which is 120 v 30 amps. Portable generator work well with that also. You can use a heavy duty plug but would need to have the correct wire and a 30 amp breaker at 120 volts.I really love this unit make sure no water is in the bottom between frys and washes. The grease will trap the water and cause a vapor explosion!Chemistry 101!!Makes great donuts, I love the mini donuts butWith a screwdriver you can attach large medium or small sizes plus the plunger tips come in SML sizesTo accommodate.

These donut machines are junk,made to break. The one I bought broke in 37 days,almost caused a fire on my truck. Contacted the company and they offered me 30$ credit on my 1000$ purchase. And they’ll send me parts from China,that’ll take 30 days to get here. My machine is shut down. So they expect me to put my bussiness under for 30 days while they send me a 50$ part. On top of that ,the only way they’ll contact you is though Amazon messages,so you can’t actually have a conversation with them. They give themselves American names to make you feel more comfortable talking to them. Mountainnet is 100% garbage. A China based company that won’t take care of its customers.

Buyer beware...be prepared for hours or trial and error. Instruction manual is not helpful at all. Spend the money and buy a lil orbits machine....you’ll be glad you did!
