The shirt was very cool online and ok in person. But when I opened the package to try it on it smelled like it had been worn. The armpits were not fresh...the shirt smelled as if someone wore it and returned it. I think because it was in the plastic that it shipped in that smell was all over the shirt. I wanted to where it for a fun neon day at school but that was a wrap because I did not have time or feel like I should have to wash another's smell off. I was not sure if washing it would help. So I sent it back. Thank you...

My nine-year-old son wears a uniform for school, so come summer time, I usually pick up a couple pair of shorts and a few new t-shirts. This year I thought it would be fun to get some "creative" shirts in addition to the predictable Pokémon-and-Minecraft lineup, and this shirt is one of them.Like other reviewers have noted, this is not typical t-shirt jersey fabric, but rather the synthetic fabric of a tech-t. I'm pretty sure they use dye-sublimation to get the pattern on the shirt, which means it's not like silk-screen (which tend to crack and look worn over time). If you're familiar with cycling jerseys, it's like a slightly-thicker, slightly-less-ventilated version of those (minus the zipper and pockets, of course!). I expect it will work well for the sports camps my son is going to attend this summer. It dries quickly, so it'll also come in hand at the beach.I don't have very specific feedback to add about size—I purposely bought a unisex (i.e. men's) small because I'd like to get two summers' use out of it. You can see in the attached photo that it's long and a bit baggy (particularly obvious when you look at the shirt's shoulder-width and how far down my son's arms that falls!). However, because it's such a drapey fabric, it's not as obvious as it might be. Even with my sizing-up approach, the kiddo reports it's comfortable and easy to put on and take off.Somewhat unexpectedly, this "wild" tentacle-fest is one of the LESS-weird shirts on offer under this listing. After getting this one and confirming the design is crisp and the quality is good, I have a feeling we'll be rounding out the summer wardrobe with a few more "awesome" shirts.

The shirt is nice quality, but runs small I would buy a one size bigger

The graphics on this shirt look exactly as pictured in the listing. I was weary, thinking it was just a computer generated image, but I am very pleased.Also the fabric was a pleasant surprise, it's the sporty dry fit type material, so it's lightweight and breathable, with a stretching that is very comfortable. I bought this to go rollerblading in, so it's perfect.However, the white portions of the graphics don't light up as brightly as I had hoped under the blacklights of the skating rink. The white is very bright under normal lighting, so that surprised me. Maybe it has to do something with the kind of fabric, regardless of how bright the white is?

It's not a 100% cotton and the worse material ever. Don't waste your money on this shirt
