You will not be disappointed!

Having been gluten free for the better part of two decades now, I thought I was going to have to live the rest of my life without ever tasting pita again. Then Mediterranean Deli came to my rescue with their amazing GF pita, and I realized just how much I had missed what used to be a staple of my diet. This stuff is amazing. I could live on it. My family are all addicted. My son, the pickiest eater in the entire world, absolutely loves this pita bread. He never, ever, EVER likes anything new the first time he tries it, but he LOVED Med Deli's pita and falafel instantly. We're lucky enough to be able to eat this pita bread fresh/locally, but we also buy it frozen from the restaurant and at local groceries (and a couple of well-known chains). I just saw it here on Amazon and thought I would take the time to leave a review because it really is that good. We're so grateful to be able to eat pita again!
