This elbow brace has worked wonders for my Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. It's taken a few weeks of wearing it nightly, but the feeling in my fingers is back after being completely numb for 6 weeks. The brace is well constructed and sturdy. I am able to put it on myself, with no help - and adjust it if needed by myself also.This brace stays put for the most part as I sleep. The only downsides are to be expected from common sense: 1) The brace does slide down my arm if I move a lot. 2) Sleeping positions are not always the most comfortable with one arm braced into a straight position all night.The downsides are far outweighed by the fact that this brace has helped me to heal. If it has saved me from possible surgery, then I will gladly pull it up when it slips a bit (which really isn't that often), and happily prop my arm on a pillow or let it hang off the edge of the bed as I sleep. I am so pleasantly surprised that this brace has greatly helped lessen the numbness in my fingers. I will continue to wear it for several more weeks to allow my Ulnar nerve to heal completely.

Not a very good support. Nearly impossible to put on one handed. It stayed in place but I still woke up with my arm bent the next morning. The support that I had, had a flap to hold the plastic piece inside, so it wouldn't slip out. A lot of reviews stated that the plastic fell out...

I have cubital tunnel syndrome in my right elbow (from working on a keyboard/mouse all day at work) and honestly, I didn't realize that braces for this condition even existed.Some mornings when I woke up, my elbow pain was so extreme that I could barely move it and couldn't do my hair/makeup/regular morning routine due to the pain. After ONE night of using this brace, my elbow has the least amount of pain that it has had in over a month. It stayed on throughout the night, and was not uncomfortable. My only complaint is that there is really no way for me to put this brace on by myself; I had to have my husband help me. I guess that also depends if you're right or left handed, and which elbow you have to put it on.

I purchased this for my cubital tunnel syndrome, and it has been a lifesaver!! My pain on a scale of 1-10, was an 11! I couldn't use my left hand at all, the slightest movement or touch was excruciating!! After just one night, my pain was was immediately cut in half. After a week it was gone completely. I wore it for another 2-3 weeks just to be safe. I had no issues with it sliding down, as the brace is already so long that even if it did slide down, my elbow would still remain straight. Having your arm braced while sleeping is not very comfortable, but it was worth it because I no longer have any issues ulnar nerve entrapment. Would definitely recommend!

I read a lot of the reviews here where people complained about the plastic brace piece sliding out while you wear it & figured maybe they just hadn't positioned the brace properly. Well, once I received it, I too had the exact same problem. The plastic brace is very smooth & slick and the pocket it fits in has one side open, so if you bend your arm even a small amount it'll slowly come out. My solution was to take a 2" strip of velcro and sew it to the pocket area. The velcro sticks to the blue material and makes it possible to still remove the plastic for washing. I'm not sure why the manufacturer didn't think of that in the first place.Overall the product was the best solution I could find outside of getting a true orthopedic, semi-custom brace.However, it hasn't been that long since I bought it and it's already broken. I'm not tremendously strong, nor am I tremendously heavy. I'm around 6'1", 195-200lbs and I do cardio around 3-5 times per week. With that said, the other night I was wearing it in bed and while sleeping apparently rolled over & started to bend the arm with the brace - I literally snapped the plastic piece in 1/2. Now, unless I find something to replace it, it's nothing more than a padded blue armband.With that said, I still think it's a decent device if you have tennis/golf elbow and need to keep your arm semi-stabilized during sleep.

My cubital tunnel syndrome was acting up and was making typing difficult and painful. I started wearing this and it fixed everything. Comfortable and does the trick. Great value.

This brace is a good idea poorly executed. As others have indicated, it's entirely too easy for the plastic piece to slip out of the sleeve because one side is open. Fixing this alone would make it far more usable. And as others have indicated, it's very difficult to get the brace on tight enough without help from someone because the Velcro closure system is poorly designed. If the brace isn't on tight enough, it'll just slip down or all the way off during the night. There should really be at least four of the Velcro closures so you would be able to tighten it up near your arm pit, above the bicep, then immediately below the bicep, above the elbow, then immediately below the elbow and then some length further down the forearm. All in all with the brace as received, it was a waste of money, it doesn't stay on your arm (unless uncomfortably tight, further compressing already grump nerves), the stiffening plastic piece just comes right out of it's pocket.

I have had tendonitis in both elbows for several years. When it acts up, sleeping with this support on is one of the best things I have found to reduce the pain and increase mobility during the day.
