No it does not.. And I have used this brand for five years. It works great diluted.. great product

It is conditioner and they also have a shampoo

Q: What does it smell like? Vanilla? Baby powder?

Well, it has more of a floral scent. It is VERY nice and more of a "light" smell. Not heavy and perfume-y. My hubby is extremely sensitive to smells and this is the only shampoo/conditioner that he actually likes and can stand to smell in the dog shampoos/condtioners. The scent lasts about 2-3 days on our inside schnauzer. Hope this helps!
