Skytech 9800325 SKY-3301P2 Backlit Programmable Fireplace Remote Control with Thermostat

Bought this remote to replace a 20-year old SkyTech 3001. It works perfectly. Installation was a breeze for me, but I was just replacing an existing remote, so used the same connection points on the millivolt block. Couldn’t have been easier. Took longer to put batteries in it than it did to hook it up! Really love the backlight feature. Nice remote, works real well. 2° F swing — the factory default — is perfect.If you’re looking for a gas appliance remote, this is a good one. Take the plunge! Feel the heat!

I bought this after an old propane heating stove remote thermostat stopped working. This looked very simple to use, so I bought it. Wiring it was easy, because it was just like my old one. What I really liked about this was that I could use the clock timer to start and stop the thermostat operation at a specific time. I have it set to turn on at 6am and off at 9pm. During the off hours the heat never goes on. The only issue I had was trying to figure out the instructions to set the timer mode. It could just be that I’m getting older, but it finally clicked when I opened the front panel of the remote. This thermostat remote works so well. I wish I had bought it years ago. It keeps the area with 2 degrees of the set temperature all day.

Very easy to install and setup, we use it on our pellet stove, and have had great results. Just don’t expect to much from the batteries it comes with. Had to change them first thing, they were dead.

Replaced the fireplace insert remote control and receiver box. This is much better quality than the original unit . Work great, looks good too.

Purchased this to replace the original remote I got with my Quadrafire Pellet Stove that was not working properly within a couple weeks.This remote was easy to setup and install and has been working perfectly

My gas logs are nearly 30 years old. The original remote quit working. Found this one and I easily replaced old unit works great.
