Perfect for Performance, Pain relief and Comfort
The media could not be loaded. I bought a tight fit, my knee cap measures 15.7 so I got L. Got a chance to wear it today on leg day, and the difference in confidence I saw in my movements was pretty shocking to say the least. Kept my joints warm and secured. It was so comfortable that I didn't have to take it off for the whole workout session of 2 hrs. Also, I have knee pain for past 2 weeks so this helped alot with that as well. Highly recommended 💪

Was doubtful initially but it's definitely worth it.
About size - Measure as given and get the right size. I was doubtful about measuring but it fits really well.Pros--Comfortable.-It's actually 7mm.-It doesn't slip like other sleeves. I've used 2 knee sleeves before - decathlon and Adidas. They both slipped while squatting.-This knee sleeve provides enough compression and keeps your knee warm.-Reduced my knee pain. I used to squat 160kg for reps with 3mm knee sleeves and struggled on 180kg. Now I've a smooth 180kg and no pain on 170kg when doing for reps.-Good quality.Cons- (Not a con actually. Just saying)-Becomes sweaty after use. You need to leave it in the open to dry it.
