The product itself is great and cleaned my platinum and diamond wedding rings! I was disappointed when I opened the box and saw that all the jewelry cleaning pods were broken, taking the convenience factor down a notch. Other than that, this product works well!

So far I haven't seen a difference on my engagement ring when I soak it to clean (it's platinum banded). However it's more likely that this is user error than product error :)

Total waste of money. I read many reviews saying how many of the pods were broken and empty upon arrival but I thought I would be luckier. Hah! Five of the ten pods were broken and the contents spilled. Hard to see why actually because they are enclosed in a hard plastic case which should afford adequate protection. Bottom line is that this is an expensive, fiddly and not very effective way to buy a miniscule amount of Oxi Clean which doesn't work as well as the many other jewelry dipping cleaners which have been on the market for decades.

I won't be ordering again. The package arrived and most of the little pods were broken. I went ahead and tried it out and saw no difference in the cleanliness of my jewelry. Some of the dirt was still on it and I just used a small brush to clean off.

I bought this for my wife's rings since they tend to get dirty. She is a personal trainer and softball coach/player so she is very active. A lot of dirt and grime gets in here rings. This stuff works great and it takes no scrubbing.

Works great! Only bad thing is when I received it a few of the packets inside were opened. Guess doesn't do well with shipping. Returned it and ordered a new one but the new one also had a few open so just keeping it at this point.
