I love my "easy-bake" oven!
I cannot imagine why I hadn't considered a toaster oven long ago, to make easier work of preparing meals and snacks for our retired 2-person household. This Black & Decker takes up little space on the counter, looks really nice and works just great! Whether we want toast in the morning, a few cookies in the evening, a pizza or a baked or rotisserie dish for our evening meal, it is our go-to appliance already, after a few weeks of owning it. It is easy to clean, is faster to heat than my regular oven, and cooks food as fast. There was a bit of a learning curve with the multiple controls, but even my husband is a pro at using it now. My only regret is, I wish I had bought it several years ago because it is such a time-saver.

Highly recommend.. Great product. Dials are easy to read.. looks great on my countertop..
This stove top is absolutely , the best performance.Has a rotisserie, racks, and shelving, and dials are easy to red..also includes an air fryer..was meticulously packed.. I love it.. just enough for my counter top..I don’t have to heat my oven up..Fits a pizza, and much more..best value...

sturdy but preheat a hassle
Very sturdy with a good glass door, Two racks, knobs, coils protected by grate. Better than the other two I sent back. Not as simple as previous one. There is an extra knob for toast color, put it on "toast" on one knob, then the color of the toast on another. Phew!Warning: It preheats using top and bottom coils for first 10 minutes. Watch out or the top of the cake will burn. Also, adding time, take the item out of the oven, because any extension of temperature puts the preheat back on, so top coils come on again.Downside, no illustrated booklet, only two multi language printed hand outs. I read it many times trying to figure out what the tiny symbols at the knobs were. Finally after the 4th reading I realized that next to Toast it had the symbol of a piece of bread. Bake was an x and also a piece of cake, etc.. The odd blob at the end was a bagel. It took some figuring out.Having figured out the general gist, I have baked, broiled and toasted. I made a roast, so the 10 minute preheat actually did brown the top, until itreached the oven temp. when the top coils shut off. With the cake, I let it preheat and click to right temp before I put the cake in. I needed more time, so I carefully took the cake out, put the timer on for 10 more minutes, it heated then clicked and I put the cake back in. Next time I will put more minutes on and set my kitchen timer for rescue for last 10 minutes. Always put enough time for cakes because of the preheat hassle.I have not tried the rotisserie. will update. All in all, it's sturdy, has quirks, but compared to the other styles, it's as good as you are going to get for the price. Much sturdier than the other I saw.

Thermostat is 150 degrees off
I previously wrote a review on this oven and gave it 4 stars. I had only used it a couple of times. After continued use I realized that something was wrong: Everything was taking way too long to cook. I eventually decided to check the temperature as compared to the dial setting. I used a digital thermometer and lo and behold when the oven setting was 325 the temperature was less than 220. When the oven setting was 475 the temperature was 325. Totally unacceptable and nearly impossible to use. In addition to that the temperature and function indications around the dials are so small that I have to use a flashlight and peer closely to read them. I could live with that but the thermostat being off so much makes this oven completely useless to me. I am returning it for a refund. Quality control could definitely be better on this product.

Great Toaster Oven
This is the third toaster oven that I've ever owned, and so far I'm supper happy. I just wonder why I didn't have one before. It heats up very quickly, it toasts great and evenly. I've baked bread in it, and it works great. I've also made other roasts and cooked other things, and it's absolutely great!!It has the perfect size too. This allows you to do small things but if you need more room for a bigger pot (or chicken!), you have it!.My only not so great comment, but this is not just for this oven but for all, is that they should be better insulated to keep the heat for longer and so you wouldn't burn yourself with the outside! I really nice toaster oven, but the controls are complicated and hard to see
I really like this toaster oven from the point of view of it being small enough to make toast, but large enough to do small baking & broiling tasks. It does a good job of cooking things and seems to generally be a high quality product. My only complaint is, it uses really small pictorial icons to represent things. The first picture I included is intentionally not close enough so you know what it looks like to my bad eyes.Toasting involves setting *3* knobs: You have to set the top knob, the 2nd from the top, and the bottom timer (not the 2nd from the bottom timer) to "diamond on fire" (it's supposed to be a smoking piece of toast).Baking involves setting the top knob to the temperature, the 2nd from the top knob to a diagonal square with bars (which is the same as the horizontal square with bars in the legend on the glass which is supposed to be a piece of cake), then use the 2nd from the bottom timer (not the bottom timer) to set the time. The timer knobs are a little stiff, but feel like high quality. My family can figure it out, but I'm concerned that if someone comes to visit, unless they're a computer scientist, they won't be able to figure out how to make toast.

Great oven.
Controls are a little bit complicated, you better read the instructions (that are not very specifics). Once you get user to it, it's a great. I roasted a chicken in it without heating my entire house. I was a little bit nervous at first, as my chicken was taking the entire oven and the wings and thighs were touching the heating elements. But, as it cooked, these parts stop touching the heating elements and the chicken ended up great. As far as pizza, the large size doesn't fit, unless you cute it. Medium pizza fit just right. So, far, I love this oven. It is not as big as I thought it would be (after reading some comment) but it's the perfect size for 2 people.
