pretty but not useable

It's beautiful, but seems to be hit or miss for a lot of people as mine doesn't quite line up (the green/purple chamelon), there are massive gaps between the trigger buttons and the shells, the option/menu buttons cannot reach the inner sytem so they keep falling out/getting loose, and the track pad in the middle also keeps clicking out and getting jammed.I'm honestly not sure if I should try sending it back or keep trying and see how I can adjust the assembley as there as so many positive reviews for these...

Not good

We can not fit this to a PS4 controller we’ve tried everything and it just doesn’t fit! Can’t return due to buying it in October any ideas?
