Great for a rare, well seasoned steak.
Oh my, pair this with a nice red piece of meat and your good to go. It is a great red. It also goes very well with rich cheeses and salami. It isn't the boldest of reds, but does leave a nice woody note on the back of your tongue.I went to the tasting room in Seaside OR and can't wait to go back.
