It does the job well and is really handy for Chinese dishes. I also use it along with salt and pepper for roasting chicken and vegetables. I only wish that the powder was more crystallized - this kinds of dissolves into a flour like paste that kind of ruins the texture a little.

Packaging is not good at all. It seems like container is refilled. Container is too dirty from outside and the lid is also dirty from inside. Dont want to use it. Is there anyway to return this..?Organic does not mean unhygeinic. I bought it bcz it is organic but found it unhygienic.Do not buy.

A good product. The powder is white in colour. The lid is not fitting properly (may be in this particular plastic container). CAUTION :- If you use this powder in hot oil, for any purpose, the oil immediately turns into a dark brown and all your cooking stuff will be dark brown in colour!

The garlic flavor was absent. Felt lot of fillers were added in the powder.

I received the bottle and there was noPowder but like stone. Very hard. Didn’t open the product and then connected with Amazon customer service who said “this is non returnable or refundable but would do it as a one time concession”. Surprised that even refund on substandard products are a concession.

Container sticky from outside, 1/4th empty.. not worth the price

Literally put it in every gravy based masala dishes , it just enhances the taste, baked a few garlic breads and pizzas. Yummy.

Too powdery.. horrible container which doesn't seal well.
