This Hicarer 1.8 Inch (45 mm) Clock Insert was purchased to replace a Waterford Clock insert that failed to keep time. The fit was accurate and the advertised measurements were exactly as stated. It has a very nice look and I'm quite pleased.The only very minor drawback is the stem that is used to set the time. It is very imprecise and takes a few attempts to land on the desired time of day. A small matter. Nice.

I needed a replacement clock face for a marble table clock and this was a great find. While it did not fit my clock body, the item itself was great quality for a good price. Packaged carefully and worked as it should. I would definitely purchase again.

I thought there was something off about this clock, then realized some of the roman numerals were upside down! The manufacturer makes a mistake and passes it along to us.

I have only one complaint - you can't change the battery. When it runs out you need to replace the entire face. Lasts about a year.

Needed old clocks band to make new clock mechanism fit. Even then a tad loose. But clock is ticking away! Great replacement.

No instructions.... pull out the plastic to start. you can actually change the time with the microsmall knob. It took me about 5 minutes to figure it out.... From there it appears to do the job... Wish it fit in my waterford crystal as well as the waterford.... but I'll make it work. Would buy again.

Needed this for a replacement in a Christmas decoration. Hopefully the battery can be is easily replaced.

We use these inserts to make mini mantel clocks that we sell on Etsy. We have purchased over 20 at this point and they have all kept time and have only returned one as it was damaged in shipping. They are relatively well-packaged, so I'm not exactly sure how it happened. We have also had communications with the seller and have found them to be very helpful. These inserts and their seller have met or exceeded my expectations for a quality product and good customer service. Five stars.

Great price and fit for the cut glass Waterford clock

Delivery was extremely fast.On the negative side the clock was not accompanied with instructions and information that a battery was inside the clock.There was a small plastic tab on the winder wheel with no info wether to remove and the rubber surround was not wide enough to allow a snug fitting to the stand so another was used.On the positive side for the money it was an attractive clock and now after a very short period is keeping accurate time and looks great.Very satisfied now.
