These have been great not too heavy and highly durable, using them in a toppeak behind the seat mount with camelback podium bottles and couldn't be happier with the setup on my gravel/road bike. I'm so happy with the setup I am reluctant to consider installing a rear seat post bag as it would not work with my current setup. These can be used on any standard bike mount though and they are by far the best I have ever used, and I have used several different types.

I got a new road bike and needed a second bottle cage. I got this since it looks nice (looks aero and sleek) and is aluminum and not plastic. The quality is great and it looks great on my bike. It fit in the standard holes on the bike and is easy to get a bottle in and out (standard size bike bottles; I have used the normal height ones and the taller ones in it with no problem).This was a cheap (price wise) watter bottle cage that was not plastic! It looks great and holds my water bottle in place and is easy to get to (pull bottles out while riding). Highly recommend! I am even considering getting a second one to replace the standard cage that my bike came with (maninly for look, since these look sleek and aero on the bike).

I bought these as a replacement for some cheapo cages that always felt like they were going to let my water bottles fly randomly off my bike, flinging themselves in to traffic, and causing a massive 20 car pile-up. When I got a set of large 32 ounce bottles for long rides, my need for a firm hold on a heavy bottle became even more important.These cages are fantastic. They installed in seconds, using included screws. They look great, although I suppose looks are somewhat subjective. Most importantly, they hold my giant water bottles nice and tight. In fact, I have to jam the bottle in pretty hard to get it seated properly... but I see that as a plus, there's no way the bottle is going to slide out.Overall, these are a good value, well made and highly recommended. Would buy again.

This summer I purchased a nice bike (as in something better than your average department store bike) and after the first couple of trips out, I realized that I needed water if I was going to make it any distance at all. I purchased this to go with a new water bottle Polar Insulated Water Bottle and to be honest, I didn't go over my bike to figure out how this would be attached.When it showed up I realized that there are standard holes drilled into most modern bikes (at least non-department store or vintage bikes) that allow for proper attachment of a water bottle cage. This cage looks slick and appears to be carbon fiber. It might not pass scrutiny of a careful eye.. if they are going over it with some amount of detail but seriously... who has someone go over something like this so closely? Get a life! Anyways, this bottle cage lines up perfectly with standard mount bike holes and is sturdy. It fits both my 24oz Polar bottle as well as my 20oz Nalgene and I think I could go slightly larger or smaller if I had a different bottle.The only negative I have is that the screws that come with this mount didn't match what was needed to affix it to my frame. I kicked around my garage a little and found a couple of extra mismatched screws that worked perfectly and have had zero problems.Pros: sleek looks, lightweight, standard mounting, sturdy. +5 starsCons: the 2 screws included didn't work for my frame (but they might for yours!) -1 star

I bought this 5 days before my first triathlon, the Santa Cruz half Ironman. Along with new saddle cage holder, aero-bars and a top-tube pouch, I was violating the first rule of racing: Do not try anything new on race day.The bottle cages worked great. I had an oversized Camelback, insulated water bottle and a typical, cheaper plastic cycling bottle branded by Pearl Izumi. It held both of them great. The free Arrowhead sports bottles of water they gave out along the course didn't work out so great. They were a bit too small and one bounced out when I hit some shoulder indicator bumps on the road. This isn't the fault of the bottle cage, unless there are some out there that can adjust from the large camelback insulated ones all the way down to a narrow sports bottle size.Another issue that came up was a screw came on one of the bottle cages. Again, not the problem of the bottle cage, but thought I would mention it to warn others to tighten their screws properly if not put some Loctite thread lock on it too (don't over tighten or you'll strip the cage holder's threads). Luckily, I kept the down tube cage still attached as a spare and was able to use it.As far as the race went, the bike went great but I paid for it on the run. I know next time to make the bike about 10 minutes slower so I can drop 40 minutes off the run!

GREAT water bottle holder. I got this product because it was the "Best Seller" on Amazon for water bottle holders. Any decent one at my local bike shop was twenty bucks, but this thing is less than half that and works like a charm, not to mention it looks sharp on my bike. When I need a second water bottle holder I will for sure come back and get this same model. This thing will be attached to your bike for a long time, get something that WORKS, get THIS!Purchase with confidence! I always like to rate my products (star wise) based on two different things: how excited I was to get the product when that glorious Amazon box shows up at my door, and how likely I am to buy it again and have the same sort of excitement the second, third, etc, time it shows up. This product got 5 stars because I was excited to get it and was overly pleased with the quality of the product.I would definitely purchase again or recommend this product to any of my friends!
