I received these lights yesterday. Two of my 4 Hayward lights failed and the replacements are ~$400 each. I did not see the value in paying $400 for a bulb so I looked into alternatives. I picked up a pair of the Qoolfife LED rechargeable pucks and they work great. About the same brightness as the original pool lights and more color options. Last night I had the two original lights on one end of the pool and the two new pucks at the other end, with a dark blue color on both. They looked great!! You can't really tell the hardwired lights from the puck lights. I may purchase two more Qoolife pucks and not use the original lights at all. Definitely worth looking into.

I have enjoyed these lights so far the rechargeable feature is a huge benefit and have gotten better run time each charge then I ever did off the other battery operated ones of this style I’ve had in the past that too 3 AAA which only lasted half the time theses do off single charge. I do wish the speed off the color patterns could be adjusted but at least the brightness off them can be which I’d say is respectable for the price range. My only really disappointment with them really is that for some reason one of my lights charges a little slower and that same one also runs dead about 20 to 30 min faster then the other on average. I’ve tried even tracking and changing which is charged on which charger cord but doesn't change the outcome. But still works well and reliable just wish since I use the two together they were more closely averaged in run time. Overall highly recommend best I have tried yet for price, control ability, water resistance, and not eating three AAAs is a great thing.

Lights, remote and magnetized base work well... Suction cups and glue... not so much... Or at all... I would not count on them to work.... I ended up counter sinking a hole into the base (so the light can sit flat) and secured it with a screw to the second rung of my ladders... 2 of these light the whole 20x40x12 pool well!

I bought this little light in June. I started using it in September in a small Bestway Spa. Well, I got about 15 uses out of it. I have changed the battery in the controller. I have charged the unit as per instructed and NO LIGHT...Save your money and pass up on this product. Not worth it. No children live at my house so it has not been mistreated by anyone as I am the only person who has turned it on and off when using it. It has never been dropped and I even took it out of the spa after using it the few times it did work. I tried product support and I got a page that said it was not safe and that I should not continue with their page. Now that is great support right? Wrong!!! I gave it a good review just after getting it and while I understand that it was not expensive. Well, give me a break. There is NO excuse that it should not work now. I would stay away from this product and away from the company that sells it due to their lack of product support. But then when I think that they can make a defective product, shove it out the door, and collect easy money and not have to answer for their bad product and service, well it is a money maker I guess. I wish I had paid more attention to the other bad reviews it has received, but I was kind and gave them a try. Good for them, bad for me. Hope this helps someone else not to make the same mistake. I gave them one star because at least they shipped it in a timely manner. Don't Buy!

This is a great idea; however, the suction cups are not strong enough to hold the lights to the side of our in-ground pool for very long. The lights themselves are great, but if left over night in the pool they end up in the skimmer.

These are easy to use and get the job done. I'm surprised how easily they charge and how bright they are. I bought two and after a while, one was no longer working right. However, I contacted the seller, and they replaced it with no hassle.One warning: be careful with the charging cable. It is magnetic, and can attach to the other end and other metal objects. If it does, separate them carefully -- don't be rough or pull at an angle. You don't want to damage the small metal pins on charging end.

Worth every penny. Rechargeable is a bonus. Battery life seems good, ive used this every night for the last week. My kid loves it too! Suction cups are strong. Its bigger than I imagined and seems very durable in the hottest water

Works well in cold plunges! So happy with this product. I’ve had. I trouble out of it so far. Nice to use at night in our cold plunge.
