Wow! Great fire proof box for the price. Sturdy construction, a little on the heavy side but manageable. The lock is not the best but I wanted it more for fire protection that as a safe.There is no lining on the inside, it's hard plastic so if you don't want something scratched up you will need to wrap it.Capacity is decent, but not great... could not fit a file folder without bending but I put a pistol, passport and some cash in it and it was roomy enough for that.

I purchased this via a coupon site for cheap and have my external hard drives from all my schooling ventures stored it. This box is sturdy. Offers a smaller storage capacity than you would think so order two if you need the space. The lock and key is good, but be aware that it will break off flush with the lock if it’s turned too harshly. The box is easy to use. Plastic appearance on the outside and inside.

I purchased this safe to store a few important items such as our passports. I needed something that wouldn’t take up a lot of space and would hopefully be fire proof.This safe is small. It fits everything that I need it to, but don’t expect to use it for anything wider/longer than a standard piece of paper.The safe feels heavy duty and is heavy when carrying it. I like that there is a handle to grab in case I want to bring it somewhere. I know the safe is fireproof, but if there were a fire you could easily grab this safe and carry it out with you.I haven’t tested the fire-proofness of the case and I am hoping I don’t ever have to!You receive 2 keys with the safe. The only con is that the keys feel flimsy. They seem to be made out of a cheap metal that could bend or wear over time. So far I haven’t had any issues, but that is something I am watching out for.
