The hardest part of this job was waiting for a period of dry weather to apply and allow product to dry. Application was easy with a spray bottle and took no time to get a good coverage. Second coat you could see was already beading as the first coat had penetrated and sealed the sandstone. Colour didn’t change after drying and am definitely happy to recommend this product and will use it in the future.

We have used this last year in our garden and re purchased more as we have just had our drive done. Due to our lovely summer weather, we can see it already works with the rain we've had.

I can't give this product five stars because the manufacturer cuts costs by not putting instructions on the container, I had to get them from Amazon. It only required a label on the back!Although I was prewarned that it has the consistency of water I was still surprised when applying it with a roller after decades of rolling paint.There was a little colour enhancement mainly on the brown and gold toned sandstone slabs but none on the grey. When it came to doing the second coat I was initially sceptical that the first coat had done anything but was surprised to see the second coat lying on the surface like rainwater on a polished car so the slabs were very obviously sealed by the initial application.I have about 50 square meters of patio and the first coat used 3/4 of the 5L container but the second coat only required the remainder because it was no longer being absorbed.Application took about 2 hours for both coats using a 9" roller on a pole.

The hardest part for me was taking the top off. After that it was a breeze. After applying and drying I put some water on the stones and could not believe how the water just sat on there in beads. Definitely the right choice for us using grey sandstone slabs. Did not want a gloss finish and it just looks superb.

Applied as directed and true to other reviews, the water beaded on the surface post application. Fast forward six months and none of the advertised results are visible. We have a thick layer of green algae growing across the entire patio irrespective of any shade or foliage. See photos for the before and after. Very disappointed - will need to find a new product this summer.

Good product. Goes on easy and dries a lot quicker .
