This is a ripoff
$25 for one softball is ridiculous. If I could put 0 stars, I would. People like you make me sick because you put it in an areas where nobody looks.

Fell apart
I bought this ball for my dog, a Belgian Malinois, because we had one that we’d found on a walk one day, and it had become his favorite ball — he couldn’t destroy it!! We used it everywhere and eventually he pulled some of the stitching out, and the leather flap started hanging off the ball, but we still used it; for a long time actually. He liked to carry it around by the flap when we played and fling it around. I finally had to replace it so I made sure to get the exact same one (or so I thought) by matching every word to what was printed on the first one, and when it showed up it looked the same, but it definitely wasn’t. They seemed to be built in two different eras — quality vs. cheap — because everything about them was different except for the appearance. My dog destroyed the second ball in under two weeks. There were teeth-holes all over the ball, puncturing it, from literally only a few games of fetch; this would’ve been impossible to do with the old ball. Not only that, but I noticed some strange yellow flakes lying around, littering the grass, and discovered it was different-sized pieces of coating, from the ball! Whatever cheap material they used, mixed with yellow paint, was coming off like paper — like a potentially-toxic sheet you could peel off. Needless to say, the “yellow” of the old ball was part of the ball, not something that was gonna come off of it, ever. I realize this ball is meant for humans and not animals, but I’m writing the review anyway because it pisses me off when companies try to pass off their products the same as they’ve always been, and we as consumers get fooled because we believe in quality from the past that doesn’t exist anymore. Transparency matters. Don’t spend your money here; look for another manufacturer with integrity so you can wear out your ball on its own time like a good pair of jeans — and get value for your money.

WorthLESS
This ball is only good for hitting in-field practice or playing catch. I felt it after just one game and it had soft spots. All game long, nothing but bouncers and infield flies. The sound off the bat is a "thud" instead of a "ping"! Could not be less satisfied...

Mushy, not compression advertised
After 1 at bat, ball was lopsided and misshapen - terrible and over priced product

Egg shaped ball
Ball became egg shaped as soon as it got hit the first time.
