A bit labourious
Long winded and not an enjoyable read. Love the subject matter, Iām interested in Velikovsky, The thunderbolts project, Graham Hancock, which read and flow well. I think perhaps as this was written as an essay and initially in Italian it makes it hard work to read. The language of the sentences are lengthy and half the words come be used to make the same conclusion. Would be easier if more succinct.

Seriously thought provoking modern classic.
I had been looking for this book for a long time now, and was really happy to see it finally back in print. Not the easiest book in the world to read, but absolutely fascinating in it's basic premise which is that some of what we thought of as pure myths turn out to be very cleverly encoded "messages" from a long-lost civilization.Highly recommended.

Prompt arrival. Perfect transaction.
This is a Source Book. The finest such study since Joseph Campbell.I had this treatise back in the 1980's but lost it in one of my house moves & am delighted to be able now to peruse it once again.š¤
