Doesn't stay connected and re-pairing is nearly impossible without shutting down entire system and turning it back on again. CONSTANT positioning compliant issues. Don't waste your money!

If I could rate less I would! Your company has a good idea but poorly executed. I tried multiple times to call in to customer service with absolutely no luck. I was basically always pushed to the sales guy. I let him know about the competition who have better customer service and he pretty much let me know he is NOT competing with them, and what do you expect with a free service!! ha, as an owner operator I was thinking, does your boss know you are saying this to customers. After this I went with the punches and tried to give it a shot. The blue tooth problems were enough to get you a violation when you hit the scale house. One reason is because IFFF you ever did get pulled in and had to call them....you would get a voicemail

dosent connect whatever i did it dosent connect to bluetooth garbage sent it back.

Failed miserably, device stop connecting to my phone, even when pressing the the bottom, then it just stop working period. And no support.

Does not work for 00:00 - 24:00 logs, only AM/PM !!!!!!! But the worst bummer is that I cannot use it - I import into Canada a lot and the system will not let me enter the load destination (it is only designed for the USA). Also I was in Ajax, ON and the system reported me as "50 mi NNW of Lockport, NY" - although my location appeared ok on the ZED map. Absolute nonsense.13.Dec.2017 Update: so I gave the product one more shot and I am even more disappointed. Not only that the Adapter dos not show proper location (it showed 54miles NW of Niagara Falls, NY and I was in Brampton, ON) and despite the fact I am used to 24 hour format because TRUCKERS USE MILITARY TIME so AM/PM is very uncomfortable and confusing .... the biggest bummer came just today .... I stopped and parked my truck right before 20:00 today. I shut it off also and went home. BUT just a while ago I looked at the app and I WAS STILL DRIVING (according to the app in my cell). On top of that when I tried to correct it, I got a msg "Oops, we can't do that - FMCSA regulations prohibit shortening vehicle validated driving time". EXCUSE ME ????? The truck was parked and engine was off for 2,5 h already !!!! And I even cannot correct it?Definitely returning this one, confusing to use, app keeps crashing, showing improper information and even cannot correct my own logs.

Does not work correctly -- zed blames your equipment even when it fits their required specs -- company refuses to cooperate with suggestions that could be the problem -- give 0 stars

Simple, no bells and whistles.

Just, no. Three of my drivers tried using it. It just isn't as user friendly as it claims.
