I'm a big fan of fidget toys, which is probably how I stumbled upon this item. I also have carpal tunnel in my right wrist, which flares up occasionally. I thought this product might be a win-win, in that it would satisfy my need to fidget, as well as excercise my bum wrist. But I was somewhat put off by the price (not that it didn't appear worth it, just was a bit out of my budget), and some of the negative reviews regarding issues with quality control.So I wrote the seller, asking about the quality control issues, and they responded immediately, assuring me that their product was of high quality. (Incidentally, I also asked about the "mysterious" symbol on the back of the head of the cobra, and they told me, correctly, it's a common marking on certain species of cobra. Who knew?) So I decided to take the plunge, and boy, am I glad I did!This "toy" is remarkable in its fluidity and symmetry. No issues with quality that I can discern, and not only that, it's perfect in its playability, at least for me...not so difficult that you get frustrated, and not so easy that you get bored. It's just perfect in every way, at least as a fidget. Whether it helps my wrist or not over time remains to be seen, but I have high hopes for that. I've only been playing with a short while, and in this time I can feel that the motion is addressing my problem areas in a gentle way, and hopefully it will help strengthen the muscles and tendons the more I use it. Time will tell. :)What can I say, I love this toy, and I love the cobra design because it is truly snake-like in its movements. It's mesmerizing and fun to play with, and I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone for a fun figdet. As for physical therapy, I'm not qualified to say, but I'm using it for that purpose myself, and feel confident about its possible benefits, so take that with a grain of salt. All in all, it's definitely a win-win in my book. And a huge "thank you!" to the helpful customer service agent, who responded promptly and courteously to my concerns.10 out of 10 would highly recommend, for kids and adults alike.

This gadget got a lot of attention on Christmas this year. Everyone needed a turn. Then they needed another turn so they could try to get better. Seeing all the cell phones ignored for a while is worth twice the price.

This is a great gift I was introduced over Christmas and I knew someone recovering from a stroke so I bought this and although the snake is way too hard for them I was able to trade it for I guess an easier (possibly more tension) basic wooden game. I’m not sure how to tell when purchasing online the skill level for another purchase. I would definitely buy again and recommend.

Bought the True Balance Jr and The cobra. The Jr is great and I can’t wait to let my kiddo open it. However, the cobra, looks a little phallic in my opinion. Not really something I am wanting to give my 8 year old daughter.

I bought both the original and the cobra version. Six adults just passed them around all day. They were mastered, then mastered again. Great entertainment.

Item was smaller than shown on model in the picture. Also the backing piece to secure the pin did nor work so a cheap plastic substitute was was included. Sorry I wasted my money. First time I have been really disappointed with a purchase through Amazon

Product was uneven so you can’t ever make it balance straight like your supposed to earn to do. It frustrated my son who I bought the toy for and when his dad and I realized it was broken, out it went.
