Product title is misleading.....read the description
This is not ceramic......it is ceramic coated. After the title said it was ceramic I didn't look at the description closely. I get ceramic blades because it slows down oxidation in produce and prevents browning and breakdown longer. The steel edge of the blade is counter-productive. That being said, it is sharp and cuts things just like a knife should. Customer service was great in the return, though!

Not ceramic but ceramic coated.
I didn't understand that the knife appears to be a steel knife with a ceramic onlay. It works OK but not as sharp as the true ceramic knives. I clearly didn't read the description well enough. The knife comes up when you search for a ceramic knife and it looks the same in appearance. So, the knife is OK, but not what I was looking for and hence my lower star rating.

Sharp metal edge.
Replaced a broken ceramic knife. This has a metal edge, so we'll see how long it stays sharp. Like it so far. Cuts tomatoes well.

Red Ceramic Paring Knife
Since I am used to serrated knives, it is taking a bit of time to get used to this. I do like the sheath it comes in for safety in the drawer.

Best knives I've found that aren't ridiculously expensive. Ceramic is always the way to go.
