The veggie pizzas are terrific! And at just under 500 calories a pie there are never any regrets after eating one. Must say that upon seeing the frozen pizza I was doubtful that it would look anything like the pizza pictured on the packaging, but I was completely wrong. After heating, the pizza looks and tastes great!Three things to keep in mind to cook it just right. Heating is key. It has a thin crust so you should watch it after 8 minutes or so in the oven because 12 minutes heating in one oven may only equal 9 minutes in a different oven. The second and most important factor for determining if the pizza is a success or fail is using parchment paper. I’ve used both a baking sheet and a vented pan and the pizza came out good, but it was gooey even after cooling. The directions recommend parchment paper with a baking sheet, so I tried that and wow, that made all the difference. I was able to pick up a slice! Third, let the pizza cool a few minutes-does not take long.You may not want to buy parchment paper but it can be reused and is well worth it if you like these pizzas. I’ve tried three types and like them all, and even though pepperoni is usually my favorite the veggie is out of this world good!

The Cali-Flour crusts are my all-time favorite. If I could afford to eat them 3 times per day, I would. I normally purchase them from the grocery store; however, I thought about trying them purchased this way. I was surprised because although they are perishable, they didn't show up frozen. Seller wrote me back saying that this is okay as they are shipped ambient so that they can withstand extreme temperatures without cooling components for a minimum of seven days. They do recommend freezing them upon arrival to maintain freshness for up to 12 months (mine won't last this long. LOL) Their Customer Care Team was extremely responsive. Thank you! I will be ordering again!

So excited to purchase loved the limited ingredients. Read the mixed reviews still proceeded. Went to my Brother in law pizza place to cook. Placed it on a greased cookie sheet baked it as directed the edges got burnt but the center was soooo soggy. It was stuck to the cookie sheet unable to remove. It was a disaster definitely not worth the money.

First thing, these things are THIN! So be aware of that. I'm talking crepe/sandwich wrap thin. I was a little surprised but as I like super thin crust pizza (sometimes I make pizza on lavash bread) it wasn't a problem for me at all.Taste was great. I could hardly taste the cauliflower over the taste of the cheese and the Italian seasonings. As someone who's done keto for a while, I'm sick of cauliflower and very happy that the taste wasn't overpowering.Quality is questionable. One of my two crusts had thumb sized chunk missing from it in the package. It didn't bother me too much, but I think it's worth mentioning. They can be a little difficult to get crisp, but that might be an issue with me and not the product.Overall I really liked these and will probably buy them again, if anything just to see if I can get them a little more crisp. It was probably my error somewhere, but both of my crusts were very soft and flimsy even though I cooked them according to the box before adding my toppings. I used one for a pizza, and another for what became a savory crepe. The pizza one went soft and the whole thing entirely fell apart and I had to eat it with a fork. The "crepe" held up a little better as I cooked it for slightly longer and it had significantly less topping. Just a smear of Calabrian chili paste on that one. It still tore a bit as I tried to gently take it off the pan and ended up falling apart in my hand. If I get these again, I'll probably opt for my toaster oven to see if I can get it to crisp as much as I'd like.

I cooked this according to directions, but it stayed soggy and would t even hold up to lifting a slice to my face. The flavor is good, but if it held up then I could have added mushrooms or some light-weight veggies.

A friend recommended these as crusts that are actually low-carb (many other cauliflower crusts are NOT). I cook it for a little less than the time recommended. It's important to let it sit after cooking so that it becomes a true crust. I then add whatever I am in the mood for - typically mozzarella, tomato paste, mushrooms, black olives, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and maybe some pepperoni if I have some in the house - and it is delicious! Even if you eat the whole pizza, you are not set back impossibly. I sent a package home with a guest and she reported that she made the best pizza she had ever eaten - not just the best low-carb pizza. Really really good!

I've tried soooo many different cauliflower pizza crusts, including making my own, but they were all bad, tasteless, not crispy, too soft etc. etc. Until I found this brand. It's a little pricey, I agree, but it tastes so delicious!!! You bake it for 10 minutes before you even put anything on, when you put it in the oven for the second time it comes out so crispy and delicious. I stick with this brand and am not going to try any other low carb pizza crust.

Flavor is good, ordered the Italian. These are paper thin. I was expecting a crusty crust. Perhaps that was unrealistic of me. The pizza was floppy but I still ate it. Don’t place to close to the heating rods in ur oven, it burns easily.
