It takes ages to boil on our electric ceramic hob, and although I don't mind the wait, my other half does - so the plug in kettle has remained in use (and in the way).The spout is terrible too, it pisses hot water almost everywhere but into the mug.It does look cute and has remained nice and clean looking inside, unsurprising I suppose if only I am using it during this past month.Probably should have spent more and bought a known brand. You live and learn eh

Pretty kettle, but as for practical use it falls short, whistle only worked when it felt like it and there is a lip on the spout so it does not pour properly so boiling water everywhere and not in cup.

I love it ♥️ It's beautifully made it whistles like a little steam train and it makes me smile I'm happy with my owl 😁
