A Gift Inside 5 lb Bulk Dark Chocolate Caramel Pecan Clusters

I ordered the milk chocolate It came on the day promised . The taste is excellent and the size is generous . They are fresh and home made . Totally recommend the milk chocolate ones .

I'll keep this short, since one of the two concerns I had was expressed previously by others.Our order of dark chocolate clusters came delivered filled as milk chocolate clusters. The company sent a second order that was correct. Our major issue is the mediocre packaging that caused the clusters to move around in the box, break into pieces, merge several pieces together and smear caramel goo and chocolate on the inside of the box. There is no way that just laying the pieces on sheets of paper that the package will come looking like the neat rows and columns like the picture on the Amazon website. The pieces should be placed in wells, like Russell Stover and Whitman's Samplers have and covered with thick paper between each layer. That will preserve the integrity of the pieces. Otherwise, the product could not be served to guests or sent as gifts. On the plus side, both flavors of the product were good. The manufacturer needs to just fix the presentation, and they'll have a winner!

My order was a good value for the money. However, it said it was dark chocolate but it looked, tasted, and performed like milk chocolate. The caramel and pecans were fine.

I really like this candy. The caramel, chocolate, and pecans really made for a delicious treat. Every time I have ordered them they've come in good condition with only a few broken clusters. For these to be perfect to my taste, the salt would be omitted. It's not overwhelming but it definitely makes itself known. All in all, though, five stars.

Box arrived with candy melted and smashed!

I'm always leery buying non big conglomerate named items on Amazon without first being able to try. However, this was an excellent gamble. Product was superbly fresh, came well packaged for the type of candy it is it mostly got here in tack (and it's chocolate candy, who cares if it's a bit damaged if it's not a gift???). I even had a not-that-much-of-a-fan-of-chocolate friend enjoy some of these. Highly recommend if you can get them from CY's chocolates. (name on the box mine came in).
