Top tier virtual pet
I'm a small time virtual pet collector (largely Tamagotchi), but this is one of my favorites. There is a lot to do including, earning money from farming, investing in property, purchasing vehicles and clothes. Also, it does have WAY more traditional virtual pet games than a Tama. I was skeptical at first because your pet does take a month to reach adulthood, but with the amount of activities, it's not boring. It doesn't have an off feature or babysitter, but the upside is I can send my pet to work or school when I don't have time to take care of it and it will stay until I call it back. Also, takes 3 AAA batteries, so if I really don't have time to play, I just take the batteries out.

Small but MIGHTY
I love this virtual pet!!! It has similar features as tamagotchis but enough different features that sets it apart. The animations are smooth, sounds are cute, and the screen is bright and vibrant. Overall a solid and budget friendly Vpet

Cute Virtual Pet...Very Needy LOL!
This is a cute little pet. it's kind of like tamagotchi, but newer. First you choose an egg, pick the gender, then name your pet and you get to raise it from infant to adult. But, it is VERY needy. You have to check it at least 3x a day to make sure it's not going to leave you. Because that happened to me and I had to restart the whole entire game. They have a few miniganes built in so you can make money because you can't have a job on the game until you grow up. The game is very fun though and it keeps me entertained through the day. The screen is bright at night, too. And easy to use. Buy it and have fun!

Shamefully cheaply made/love the game though
Adult user/virtual pet collector:After experiencing 2 of these devices, I’m disappointed in the hardware quality of this product. To be priced at $40; shameful. The gameplay IS actually really good and unique enough to stand on its own; A nice change from traditional Tamagotchi devices.Problems I had with first device that had to be returned:It worked well for about 1 day while I wasn’t using the sound. On the second day, however, I turned the sound on and the screen would blink in and off at random and restart on its own. I tried brand new batteries multiple times and it seemed to get worse. Eventually, it just stopped turning on, even after replacing new batteries and pressing restart button in back.I received the second device and have been using for about 5 days. The first day I had sound on and it started doing the weird screen blinking. I have turned off sound and haven’t had any problems ever since. This device most definitely has some hardware-quality issues and should absolutely not be priced at $40. It seems to be made from the cheapest, lightest-weight plastic that should only be used for 25 cent machine throw-away toys. I’m surprised that no one has commented on this before me; then again some received this for free to review (which is fine, thank you for those reviews), however, the cost of this also needs to be addressed. I expected at least a little better quality for $40. Giga Pets, for example, seem to have better quality hardware and they cost <$20. They aren’t in color, kind of a bad comparison, just making the point that this company COULD have done a little better in their choice of hardware for this game. But they didn’t. They went with the worst quality materials to minimize production cost and it’s painfully obvious. The only thing this has going for it is the programming…it really is a shame the manufacturer didn’t invest more money in the quality of its hardware. There’s a lot of potential here, but also a lot of cut corners to mass produce this for as cheap as possible (like SUPER disappointingly, unnecessarily-cheaply made). Unfortunately, the sacrifice to produce this device so inexpensively has created a toy with a great game that’s barely accessible due to crappy hardware flaws.Bravo, China. The longevity of this device is doubtful, and that sucks because I was excited about this particular product to be better. Lame.Maybe some other company can make a decent quality device and use similar programming?

Cute toy!
This is such a cute thing. I love how it's made. Great price for a great gift! The battery has lasted us still since we got it. No issues there. Super easy to use. My daughter is 5 and she can use it. She knows what buttons to mash and how to get the responsiveness she's after. Great toy!
