In case you don't know, a grounding mat like this won't read as "connected" to ground on a multimeter because there needs to be some resistance to avoid small static shocks. The resistance across this mat, as I measured it, is anywhere from 2-15K ohms, which is quite low - in a good way! It's about as low as you want it to maximize the benefits but avoid shocks. So with that in mind, great grounding mat! The science of grounding may still be debatable, but this does what it claims to do (electrically grounds you) and does it well.(I am an electrical engineer so I nerd out over this sort of stuff)

I definitely should've checked the measurements, or maybe ordered the larger size, because this was smaller than I was expecting compared to my old mat.It's hard to evaluate without scientific equipment whether this is actually doing what it claims, but I will continue to experiment with it and see if it actually gives me any of the benefits I got from the one I owned years ago.So far I'm not noticing any difference but maybe it takes a bit of time.

This item is a 9.8 inch by 26.7 inch grounding mat with a 15 foot cable to plug into your ground receptacle on your electrical outlet. I use this grounding mat in my bed where I keep it at my feet. The rubber underside helps keep it in place. The tops side is a vinyl like fake leather material that is easy to wipe down. They call it vegan leather. I do unplug it from the wall when it rains, as I don't want to be grounded in a thunderstorm. This mat can also be used as a large mouse pad or for you feet at your desk. Remember it requires skin to touch it in order to be grounded. I suggest you do some internet research on the benefits of grounding, which is sometimes called earthing. I think the price point is reasonable. I like this grounding mat and am pleased to have it.

This was the size of like a long keyboard mat. It had a nonstick side and the top side was very smooth and felt good quality. The edges were lined with nice fabric too with rounded corners for no sharp edges. I liked the size of this one as I can sit on it, stand on it, and use it on my computer with enough comfort. I am not sure of the benefits of the grounding mat or if I have noticed any changes but I do like the quality of this one compared to others and its ease of use.

I am very much enjoying this grounding mat. It seems to work, and I love the size. It is easy to store and perfect for sitting or putting your feet on while meditating or even while working. I have noticed when it is plugged in, my cats really seem to enjoy sleeping on it. So, it seems to be something pleasant for all of us even though you cannot directly feel it. Overall, this seems like a nice product that is perfect for my needs.

I'm glad I gave this a try, because I know now that it's really not for me. The quality was good and I appreciate that it is easy to clean. I just find it a little too much!

This is a grounding mat. The material is nice and smooth and very easy to clean. It’s also kind of grippy and non-slip, so I can step on it with bare feet without feeling like I'm going to fall or slip. It can be used as a door mat or floor mat in the kitchen and it makes a great writing pad for my desk. According to the listing page, it is supposed to ground your body to provide resistance to electromagnetic radiation. Very versatile and not bad for $19.99 (at the time of this review).
