As someone who can't go out as often as possible since I'm always busy at work, this is so effective! I have an improvement in my sleep and leg pain (for standing or sitting the whole day) is minimised since I used this. Highly recommended.

Mat is good. Only no adapter included to plug into socket. But somehow this works and help me sleeo better

I have been using it consistently for the past month, my dad (over 50 years old) says he sees a difference in his joint pain. But I am 27 and I have not noticed any differences yet physically or mentally.

I was skeptical. I watched the Netflix documentary on earthing, then gave grounding a try. What a surprise! I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, and nightly cramping in my legs & feet. Sleep is tough. The mat is the perfect size to slip under my legs & feet, or under my torso. I've done both. The 1st night I slept with the mat, no cramps, and I slept through the night. Still skeptical, the next night, the same result. Then, I noticed that I could stretch my whole body, including painful hammer-toes, and no cramping. Hazzah! So, that's the "Relief" part. But, the order included 2 mats, and the 2nd mat came without a snap to attach the grounding cord. I reached out the Amazon, got a bot that "said" to return both mats. I asked if I could be sent a snap instead of knowing BOTH mats would go to the landfill. The bot wasn't programed for that. So I emailed the Hooga company, got another bot immediately, with the same answer. THEN, I got an email from a human, saying they were sorry about the AI response and they would replace the defective mat without any returns. Hence, the "Delight" part of the title. These mats are smooth and comfortable enough to lie under your bare skin, whether you are sitting with one under your feet or on your computer desk. The mat is heavy enough not to wrinkle or scoot while in use. The cord is long enough to reach an outlet. And, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is amazing. You will not regret this purchase.

Excellent. Does what it claims. I find that it makes my feet (or wherever you are putting it) back, glutes quite warm. Helps me sleep a deeper sleep and does help with back soreness and pain. The size allows me to take it with me.

Tried it for just five minutes by standing on it with bare feet. I was not expecting to feel anything at all but after a couple of minutes the soles of my feet felt very slightly warmer. I am more aware of my toes after using it. I generally have cold feet so what this means I am not sure but I will definitely be using it for 30 minutes every day to test the longer term effects.
