Thank you for this product. There was no hook in our home to put a cradle. So it was difficult to make my baby sleep. Buying a cot was waste of money and would have consumed lot of space. So I was searching the net for something not costly and not consuming lot of space. Then I saw this product and read the review. I bought it. Its so easy to put.Every home will have a window. You can easily attach it to the window.No need of any screw. It doesnot consume additional space. It is very sturdy. (Actually I was worried about its sturdiness.) My baby who is 5kg sleeps well in the cradle..PS: cradle doesnot come along with the metal hanger. U have to separately buy it.

i have bought this worse product at premium price, which stopped working within 2 months.I have contacted the customer care on dec 14 and they took nearly 2 months feb 3 after lot of follow ups, to say that i have to extract the defective part from the product and send it to there chennai office.As i am not a technician, i told them to send the engineer to do the repair but they send a video about how to extract it. Now i don't have the expertise and no other engineer is helping it to extract.I am a prime customer and so tried to reach Amazon for the same, but they are helpless and need a Denial letter from the seller, who obivously not giving it, since in such cases Amazon will revert the payment from seller and refund the money back.Now i am helpless and don't know what to do with that product as my daughter is now around 6 months old and it is of no use to me even if is repaired.The seller don't even bother to reply or ask of the issue is sorted or not.Amazon should do a better quality check of such product and avoid listing them as this reduces confidence in the platform for us a end user. Also, post sale service should be consider as part of product review by Amazon.Also, as i cannot give star in negative so i have given only.Now a days the products on platform are getting worst day by day and i am loosing confidance on it and started ordering directly from products website or retail store as the autheticity of Amazon as a marketplace is dropping.I think, soon i will be buying product outside Amazon due to above issues.

It's good and have value for money... No assembly needed..But it has some rust over the welding area.But seems good..

Excellent product. Very useful and convenient. It looks very beautiful in our room. An innovative and robust design. My son is 3+ months and 6kg now. He is very comfortable in cradle, so we always take the hanger with us whenever travel to hometown and my wife's house. Another good thing is that it doesn't require any installation, you only need to keep it in your windows as it needed. That means no screw tightening and all.

Cradle is very good as shown in picture. But it is automatic function only work till 1 month. After it is stop functioning.

Used one year without damage.I had to do small welding on steel bar after one year use. Still using the steel bar portion. Spring damaged after an year.

The Swing is not functioning due to the motor gear plastic broke and there is no warranty or service from their sideVery bad service even after providing all the details.We are getting the part 3d printed by ourselves to solve the issue.
