This automatic cat feeder has served me well. I am the proud owner of two always hungry cats and to be able to set the time and amount of food to be dispersed is a tremendous help. My cats love the sound of the dry cat food hitting the metal food bowls (which are very easy to remove and clean) and run to the feeder. Another great feature is that I can control the amount of food to be dispersed which is important for weight control. Set up of feeder was very easy and, once set up, it can be controlled via a phone. Overall, a great investment and allows for peace of mind when gone for a long day because the cats are being feed. Only dependent on batteries during a power outage. Thank you for a great product!

Has met the goal of keeping our cays from waking us at 5 am for food! Main issue we first had was every time I picked it up the heavy D batteries fell onto the floor so we taped the battery cover in place. It doesn't hold well. The cats pushed it all over the floor so I applied 2-sided tape under it. Used the same tape to keep them from flipping the metal bowls out of the holders. They are determined, but so far have not been able to tip it over or open the lid. They do jiggle it and get a few pieces to come out the chute sometimes. Easy to set up initially. Voice recording is a little confusing and glitchy. Doesn't always play at feeding time as it should.

Wonderful automatic feeder! Easy to set up and use, including the timer settings and voice recording. I highly recommend this feeder, it's easy, reliable and durable. The cats cannot tip it over due to the design and the dishes are far enough apart from each other that they can eat separately from each other. We have two cats, one is a young fast eater, often gulping so fast that he then immediately throws up and then goes after the second cat's food. The other is a senior slow all-day grazer and often misses out on his food due to his brother. We tried everything including many vet visits. Finally, after a year or so of struggling we thought we'd try this automatic feeder thinking, why not?? WHAT A GAME CHANGER!! We set it up to feed smaller portions every 4 hours in addition to a small wet breakfast and dinner feeding. We went from almost daily vomiting to a normal expectation of every once in a while! Feeding and life has been so much better for the cats and us!!

This was an excellent purchase at a great price. I purchased this product because I was going to be gone on vacation for a little over a week. I had no issues with this product working while I was away. Works even if your WiFi or power goes out (as long as you put batteries in it for backup). It also keeps portion sizes correct. It doesn’t take up too much space and it’s not too noisy. Setup was fast and easy to understand. Have not had to replace batteries yet and it’s been a few months. Love this product and would highly recommend. Item came fast and had no issue with the seller. Would purchase from them again.

Pretty easy to mange. I like the battery and direct plug accessibility for power. The only upgrade would be the options to set time/food amount. There’s limited buttons so you’d have to push consistently to get to your desired schedule. It doesn’t feel like premium quality, but for the price, it’ll keep my cats fed. Good size!

You can set the time set the amount of food, keeps your cats on schedule and keep some from over eating. I had to buy a second one because my boy cat chewed through the cord. I didn’t know that you could buy a replacement cord so now we have two feeders lol! It is very reliable. My cats do try to get in there and break into the food, but it’s well protected so that doesn’t happen. I highly recommend.
